I have always liked Sundays, that's the day I go to church with grandma. I love spending time with her, and every second counts, she's getting older everyday. But last Sunday was extra special. Last Sunday, I met Noah.
Noah was at church with his grandma too. It turns out, our grandmothers are close friends. After church, they decided to go out to lunch, they left Noah and I at grandmas house. It was nice, we talked and played Mario Kart on grandmas Wii, and we made some little snacks. It was the most fun I'd had since Jack died. I loved Jack, and I would've married him. I guess things change.
I really like Noah, and Noah might like me. I think he may be my first love since Jack. We exchanged numbers so we could call each other through out the week, which we have been doing. He said he really enjoys talking to me, and that I understand him. It made me happy when I heard him say that, I want him to feel like he can trust me, like he can love me.
Today is Sunday, I get to see him again today. I'm extra excited, he said he has to tell me something after church. My mind keeps racing, thinking of all the possible things he could tell me...
That will have to wait, though, because now, he's sitting next to me in the pew.
