Wonder is an excellent book by R.J.Palacio
I first encountered it in Year 5 at my primary school when my teacher began reading it to us. Unfortunately he didn't read the whole thing so I went out and bought it and read it all. After that I've read it 10 times again and each time it is equally heart moving.

The story is about a boy who has a facial disorder. He has never been to school but his parents want him to start Secondary school. He has lots of trouble there because of his face and bullies but it has a nice happy ending. If your into stuff that changes how you view things it's really for you. It changed my mind on a lot of things.
