Trying Hard

I woke up to see the other side of my bed was empty. I reached around the side of the bed to see if I could feel his warm chest. When I didn't feel his body, I got up to see where he was. He wasn't in the shower or bathroom, he wasn't in the closet changing. So I thought he left early for work.

I walked out my room to see my best friend Sara and her boyfriend Ashton cuddling on the couch. Sara and I normally sleep at our boyfriends flat, but when we don't since at our one room apartment, we share the same bed.

When I walked out to see them sleeping, I also smelt breakfast. Did Sara and Ashton cook earlier? I walked to the kitchen to see Luke ( my boyfriend ) making pancakes, waffles, bacon, and eggs. Luke is not the type of person to cook really, but when he does, it taste amazing!

"What's this for babe?"

"Well, I think you need some good breakfast before you and Sara go off to work."

"It seems amazing! Let me get the two love birds up and then we'll eat!"

"Sounds great babe!"

There is only one way to get these two up. They are the deep sleepers! The only way you can get them up is put music by their eyes, put the music on blast, and start jumping on them. But when you do this, make sure you have a bra on. It takes normally 5 minutes for them to get mad at you and get up. But thankfully it works all the time!

"Time to get up you two love birds! GET UP! GET UP! GET UP!"

"SHUT UP ALEXA!" They both yell at the same time.

"We have breakfast then we need to leave for work Sara."

We all ate our breakfast and it was amazing. But sadly that didn't last long because Sara and I had to get to set. Sara and I are both lead rolls in this show called The Girls of Harrington Lane. Sara plays Brooke, and I play Macie.

"Bye Ashton, I'll see you tonight for dinner. Love you babe!" As Sara said that and ended with a goodbye, Luke and I started making fun of them.

Luke walked me to the door and said " Don't take to long to come home, but Sara and Ashton are staying at Ashton's and I's flat. When you get home, be ready for dinner and then round two love!"

"Oh goodness Luke. Goodbye babe!" As Sara and I left the flat I couldn't stop thinking about Luke saying be ready for round two!
