He Got Drunk on Jealousy

Harry's POV

It was a beautiful day with my beautiful girl. I watched as Nadine ran around the dog park with our shih-tzu, Bear. He was running for a frisbee.

"Watch out!" I heard a guy yell. Just as he said that, Nadine tripped over a log.

I stood up and started running. I stopped dead in my tracks when the guy took her hand and kissed it. I could feel the heat getting to my cheeks as I stormed over there.

"What's going on here?"

"Nothing, he was just helping me up. No big deal."

I held out my hand. "Hi I'm Harry, Nadine's boyfriend," I stated and shot him a glare. He looked at me and dashed away.

"Harry what was that for?! He didn't do anything," she yelled.

I laughed dryly. "Nadine, he was clearly flirting with you. And you were flirting back! You could've stopped him!"

"I wasn't flirting and neither was he! He was just being nice!" she said as she started to walk away with Bear by her feet.

"Nadine wait," I said. She stopped and turned around.

"What?" she asked, unamused.

I walked over to her and took her hands in mine. I looked her in the eyes and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that. I was being a jerk. I'm just afraid," I admitted quietly.

"Afraid? Afraid of what?"

"Nadine, there are so many guys out there who could easily take you from me. Looking at them all, they're so much better than me. I'm just afraid of losing you to someone better."

She looked at me with shock.

"Harry Edward Styles, there is no one on this earth I'd rather be with than you. Nobody is 'better' than you. You're perfect in every way. I won't let anyone come between us," she said smiling.

I put our foreheads together. "I love you, Nadine."

"And I love you, Harold," she giggled. I kissed her and we went home with Bear. We're a happy little family.
