Five years have passed since Jesse went missing. Everyday that has passed since her disappearance has been hard on the Watson family. They spent the first two years tearing up the small community of Bishop Tilly, where they lived, looking for the helpless young girl, and then the next three years laying on the couch, crying, and calling everyone they know, with no luck whatsoever of finding her. Would she be lost forever? Well, you'll just have to keep reading to find out.

Jesse yelled as she was pulled into the depths of the forest by an unknown force. She was blinded by a roaring light flashing and beaming, getting closer every second. It looked as if the moon was crashing into the earth and she was the only human left, just left to die in the hell she was living in. She felt the somehow 'invisible' force slow down a bit and finally release her from his deathly grip. She turned around to get a look at the creature responsible for her terror only to find a muscular, thickly built wolf sitting firmly by her side. She gasped at the sight of the rather large animal sitting calmly but attentively by her side. She felt a sudden rush of blood to her head before passing out on a nearby rock.

Jesse opened her weakened eyes but then closed them firmly and swiftly to protect them from a blinding beam streaking through the trees and shining off of the rocks. She opened them once more, this time more cautiously and slowly, giving herself the chance to adjust to the beam. She moaned as she sat herself up against a tree, sighing. She began to weep silently, burying her face into her shaking knees. The wolf then got up from his lying down position and waddled over to Jesse and rubbed his head against her trembling legs in a cuddly fashion. She looked up and couldn't help but smile at the sight of a big beast like the creature that dragged her through thick brush sooking right up to her. "Well you're nothing more than a big lap dog!" ,Jesse whispered humorously as she gestured her hand to pet the wolf. "I'm going to call you Ace! Do you like that name? Huh Ace? Do you like that name?", she chuckled as Ace barked joyfully as if to say "Yes! Yes!" She smiled and laid her head up against the large tree behind her, her eyes beginning to shut, soon falling into a deep sleep, for two days.

(A.N) ... Sorry about the short chapter but it's my first story on watt pad and I wanted to move the story on a bit. Votes and comments appreciated:)
