Sorry I haven't updated for a long long time but I am trying to update as much as possible. Thanks🌞

----------------------------------------------
It has been one week since Christmas and I go back to school today.
I woke up in my soft silky sheets and crawled out of my slumber to make myself some coffee. I glanced at my bed head in the mirror and decided to leave the mess for until I leave.
As I boil the kettle I check my messages from Brad:
Brad bear❤️:
Good Morning baby, ready for school? 😒
Me:
Yes, I can't wait to get back to reality!

I replied quickly and walked over to my dressing table and started playing "out of the woods" by Taylor swift. I swiftly (pun intended) put my make up. It took half an hour but was worth it. I checked the time and realised I was late, very late.
I ran to school as fast as possible and I arrived 10 minutes later.
"Aria! Why are you late? Oh, never mind. Take your seat and catch up on missed work as fast as possible!" My teacher snapped at me.
I took my seat next to my lab partner, Austin and he showed me the chemical reaction he was working on. Science is my favourite subject. It reminds me of magic, the unthinkable happens and is divided into periodic tables and reactivity series's.
Every lesson stuns me and touches a soft spot in my heart. I know how it must sound but this is what I want to do with my life.
"Aria are you okay?" Austin asks, as I accidentally dip my fingers into the reaction as my daydreams capture me and take me to an imaginary land of the future. My finger starts to burn and Austin assists me to the sink where I run my fingers under cold water.

"God, I'm so stupid!" I giggled as Austin directed my fingers under the water.
He looked me dead in the eye and whispered,
"Aria this is not a laughing matter. This is serious!"
I knew he was joking as the corner of his lips start to curve upwards and he couldn't contain his laughter anymore. I just shook my head at his silly attempt to act serious,
"Austin you are the least serious person I know. Don't act like you aren't!" I laughed as I splashed him with water and ran back to out desk where the reaction was burning.

My smirk disappeared when I heard the booming sound of my teachers voice,
"Aria! First you come into my lesson late. And then you run around the lab acting like a 5 year old. You haven't even got your safety glasses on! Do I have to remind you of the class rules like a year 7?" Her eyes burned into my soul,
"No miss!" I answered her as I grabbed some glasses from the cupboard. I heard Austin's giggles behind me and I kicked him under the table.
"Dick." I whispered as he continued to giggle.

The next few lessons weren't as fun as the first. I met up with the boys at lunch and they all showered me with hugs as we hadn't talked since before Christmas.

Then Brad walked up to the spot we were sitting. I gave him the biggest hug and we all sat down.
"Alright lads, what we get up to on Christmas?" I asked,
"We spent them with our families like always. It was actually very boring. What about you Aria?" James answered,
"Yeah, alls good with me mum. I still don't know what's going on with my dad though. Don't really care though!" I answered, as they gave me sympathetic looks.

I noticed Austin looking at me from across the yard, gesturing me to come over. The guys also noticed,
"Okay guys, I'll be right back!" I smiled as I ran over to Austin.

"Okay what do you need?" I smiled,
"You sit with them? Why? Are you crazy?" Austin angry-whispered at me. I was very confused but they do seem to have a bad reputation in this school, I never realised why.

"Yes I sit with them, I'm dating Brad. And they are my friends. I don't understand why everyone seems to hate them." I answered him.
"Well I would really reconsider being friends with them. Just be careful okay? I care about you and I don't want you to get hurt." He smiled one more time before getting back to his group,
which was basically the science geeks.

If I hadn't made friends with Brads group I probably would have been apart of that group. I headed back to the group very confused.

I guess the secrets didn't stop with Lisa, there was still so much they weren't telling me.
