You Don't Know Me (A TMNT fanfiction)

Chapter 17

"North! Where's Mikey?"

"He's in his room."

"Thanks."

Casey, Donnie, Leo, Raph, April, (even if Jenn knows what happened to April) Elena and Jenn went to the said room.  They burst the door open.   They saw Mikey sitting on his bed while staring in space.

"I don't know what to believe anymore." Mikey said still staring in space.

"I believe everyone knows that Mikey." Elena said.

"I'm sorry I can't help any of you.  Especially Jess."

"What's happening to her?  What is she turning into?"

"A strigoi."

"Wait.  I thought strigois are immortals and nothing related to science." Elena said.

"*chuckles* it could be."

"Does this have to do with blood DNA thingy?" Casey asked.

"Donnie.  Would you care to answer his question?"

"Yes." Donnie answered Casey's question.

"If this is a scientific thing then why on earth will Jess need Mikey for? We already have Donnie." Raph whispered to them.

"I don't know.  Maybe because Mikey is smarter than Donnie?" Elena guessed.

"Or it could be for another reason." April said.

"Any ideas what?" Leo asked April.

"Hmmm..." before April could say anything Casey cut her off.

"Or maybe because Mikey knows everything about strigoi and stuff.  He was a strigoi once."

"Oh really? He's transition wasn't complete.  He only reached half of being a human.  He's not even a human." Elena said.

"What about that other time?" Raph asked.

"It was temporary. He can't turn into one again."

"Oh come on!" Raph whisper/yelled.

"Where is she?" Mikey suddenly asked.

They just shrugged their shoulders. 

"I think I can help you with that." April said.

Minutes later...

"She's in Shredder's lair." April said after concentrating and stuff.

"I'll go alone.  You guys go home or stay here.  Just don't follow me." Mikey said before he left.

"He gave such specific instructions." Casey said sadly.

"Actually..." Elena smirked.

"Jess! What are you trying to prove?" Mikey asked.

"I'm not trying to prove anything."

"Then what is this?" Mikey asked, referring to the giant glass cases around them and both of them were in separate cases.

"Oh this? This is nothing." She said casually.

"How is this nothing?"

"This is nothing compared to your stubbornness." She rolled her eyes.

"My what?"

"Nevermind."

"Now that you've mentioned it... you really should open your eyes Mikey.  It's not funny anymore." A voice spoke in one of the cases.
