You look outside, the window was open and your curtains were flowing ominously in the dark night. You leaned your body out of the window, the white curtains framed your body as you looked into the empty sky. The way the white curtain flew around your figure was like that of a goddess.

Your dress fit the description, see through tulle and satin. It was a gorgeous color that brought out the best of your coloring, as well as your figure.

"No stars tonight." You sigh, it wasn't even cloudy. It was just that this damn city was too polluted to see them. The curtains swirled around you as you cast your eyes down. Damn them, why did they leave you here?

Your eyes soon turned angry. Screw them, you didn't need them. They were liars, you were lucky they left. You peeled yourself away from the cool night sky, going to find something to pass the time.

You didn't know that you had caught the eyes of someone, someone who was watching you for the perfect time to appear. He just believed he saw the perfect chance to get his perfection. The moonlight had cast a halo above you momentarily, he took that as his sign to grab his goddess.

Before you ran to another.

You opened your fridge and knelt down, you grabbed a soda. You peeked around the rest of the fridge. You sighed as you found nothing. You frowned at the empty pizza boxes in the garbage. "I guess it's take out. Again."

You run your fingers through your hair messily, it sticks up slightly as you grab your little land line. You dial the numbers for your favorite pizza place.

You listening to the ringing of the phone, you don't notice when your window clicks shut and locks. Not without letting in a visitor. You straighten your clothing when he answers. "Hello, I'm Mason from Pizza Hut, how may I help you (Y/N)?"

You laugh, of course that dumbass had your number memorized for moments like this. "Mason! Yeah, I'm hopeless at cooking aren't I?" You hear him laugh on the other end.

The intruder in your house growls loudly as your mood brightens talking to the male voice. You look around curious, you soon wave it off as the water pipes. You'll have to call the landlord in the morning.

"Well, considering you burning Mac & Cheese, before putting the noodles in. You kind of do suck."

You chuckle and yell at him. "Tu es nulle!" You listen to him laugh and roll your eyes, their beautiful shimmering the dim moonlight.

"What does that mean again, love?" You pause, thinking on whether or not to tell him. Eh, what the hell. You shrug and grin mischievously.

"It means you're worthless."

You hear Mason cry in pain. "Oh, the agony! How you wound me dearest! I'll be at your place in a bit alright? Stay safe my princess!"

You giggle quietly as he hangs up. "I'll see you soon too, my knight in shining armor." The atmosphere in your apartment thickens, mostly likely to due to the fact your guest was glaring daggers at the phone. Brandishing his knife for when he would arrive.

He wasn't your knight, nor prince. It was supposed to be him. He gripped his knife harder, drawing crimson blood from his snow white skin. He would show you that.

You sit down on the couch your thoughts in different places. You had to admit, as much as you distrusted some people, you were smitten with that dumbass delivery boy.

You felt a cherry blush coat your cheeks as you thought about him, so stupid. Yet, so warm. Over the three years you had known him he had never left, not once. Never lied, never hurt you intentionally.
