Chapter 27- Car Radio

"Brooklyn." I breath through a smile.

"Took you long enough to realise I exist." He says still holding a smirk, but his eyes hold a sparkle to them.

Without any other words I run into his arms, literally. I feel him relax as one of his hands go around my waist and the other in my hair.

I breath in his scent, why did I ignore him? I didn't ignore him I've just been...busy?

"Sorry." I whisper as I pull back a little, his hand drops from my head and instead he wraps both arms loosely around my waist.

"I get it, you've been busy." He says with a genuine smile. I return a smile only I don't really get the same feelings I used to with his smile. Somethings definitely off.

"Brooklyn?" I ask sitting up a bit since I was just laying in his arms, he sits up as well.

"Mm?" I grab one of hands and play with some of the rings, it's starting to become a habit of mine.

"Don't you think things were so much easier when we were young? Before fame ruined us all?"

"Lev, loosing people is just about growing up. I know you're upset about Maddie but she'll come back."

"It's been a week."

"She'll come back."

"Why didn't you tell me Levi was here?" Cruz runs in, hahaha.

"Hey Cruz." I say with a smile, Brooklyn sighs as he watches his little brother jump onto the bed, aww I missed this lil nugget.

"Cruz." Brooklyn wines.

"Yeah?" He asks jumping into my arms and giving me a big bear hug.

"Get out."

"Aww but he's adorable." I say back.

"He's the devil in a tiny human form." Romeo says walking in. "Hey Levi!"

"Cool we'll all just interrupt Brooklyn." Brooklyn says, I chuckle at how annoyed he is.

"Hey Romeo." I say with a smile as I ruffle his hair. "Now where's the last Beckham?"

"Harper is the only one who is allowed in here yet the ones who aren't allowed seemingly love to come in."

"You're just jealous that Levi likes me more than you." Cruz fires back.

"Well, he's not wrong." I say with a laugh making the two little boys erupt with laughter.

"Oh really?" Brooklyn asks with that smirk, uh oh.

"Umm..." I say not knowing what to say. "Yes." I say back confidently.

"See!" Cruz says as he rubs it in.

"So how's life?" Romeo asks sitting next to me.

"Wow deep question for such a little kid." I say with a smile, he just nods proudly. "It's great."

"Because I'm here?" He asks with a smirk.

"Wow you are definitely Brooklyns brother."

"Romeo stop trying to be me!" Brooklyn calls which leads to the two boys wrestling. Okay great and now they're fighting, obviously they're just playing.

"Harper!" I yell excitedly as I see the queen of cuteness standing at the doorway, she just laughs before running away.

"She thinks we're playing tag." Cruz says, "She's right!" He says before running out of the room.

"Where are you going?" Romeo asks jumping up and following him, well there they go. As soon as they leave Brooklyns arm is around my waist and he pulls me into cuddle, I smile as I breath in his scent.

"You coming to my game this weekend?" He asks.

"I forgot how fun those were! Yes, for sure." I say back, He just smiles at me. "What?" I ask looking at him confused.

"Nothing, you're just so pretty." My cheeks become red as I hide my face in his chest which makes him chuckle. "I'm just saying the truth."

"Stop."

"Well fine then you're ugly." I pull away and playfully push him.

"And you're also ugly." I say sticking my tongue out at him.

"Oh Im ugly?" He asks with a smirk, no you're hot as fudge.

"Yes." He just smiles as he pulls me on top of him, oh god. His lips hover above mine...ugh just kiss me.

"Still ugly?" I want to respond but I can't, he's got me now. I just close the gap between our lips and slowly kiss his soft lips.
