The Crazy Things That Happen After An Earthquake

ok the beginning of this might be a little confusing but it's supposed to be in first person. please if you have a question of find an error I would love for you to tell me. oh and I don't know how much I'll be able to update on any of my stories as of July 5th because of school crap. So we'll see. ENJOY!

It is the first day of summer. School had just let out and I stand on the steps in the front. My friend Melanie walks up beside me. “So, you ready to go?” she asks as her glasses glinting when the sun shined on her face. “Ya, are we going to your house?” I ask. She shakes her head.

“Naw my parents are out of town.” She says as we walked down the steps. Her face looking sad. Her parents were almost always gone, so when they weren’t there she stayed with me. “Well my house it is.” I say trying to lighten the mood. She smirks and we walk down the road.

We are now at my house. My mom is still at work so we just do our own thing. “Hey you wanna watch Naruto?” I ask her. She shrugs.

“Ya why not”.

 I go and put in the first season. She gets popcorn and we start the first episode. We laugh as the knuckleheaded blond makes his first appearance. Then the TV phases out. Then the lights start to flicker madly. Next was the earth. It grumbles and rolls. By the sound and the side-affects it’s near and 8.0 earth quake.

We run to get to a door way as the sealing cracks. I notice things fall off the walls. Some of which are my mom’s swords. Melanie trips and hits her head. She becomes dizzy from the hit and fright. I drag her over to a door way. It wasn’t long until the sealing crumbled. I dodge as many pieces as I can with my friend in hand.

I to trip on something, and I get distracted. I scrapped my arm leaving a deep gash. I hiss in pain, but stay in a safe area (if there is one). The gash makes my movements slower and as a result I end up getting hit in the head. The world spins, as my consciousness slips. Then I black out.

I wake up in a clearing with Melanie at my side. She was shaking me and seemed to be excited. “WH-WHAT” I ask loudly, she sighs. I notice her appearance is different. Now her blue hair is tied in a neat pony tail with hair on either side shaping her face. Her glasses are no longer planted on her face. She wears a dark blue and black dress that goes down to her knees. She has black gloves that go to her elbows and last are her black slip on shoes.

“Why did you change during an earthquake?” I ask. She slaps me upside the head. I nurse my new injury.

“I didn’t.” she says irritated. “Look over there” she instructs. I scrabble over to a pool of water to find my dirty blond hair hanging around my body. It goes down to my knees. On my hip is a holster holding chop stick like things. I wear a black tub/ crop top. (It looks like those bathing suits that just go around your chest without any straps.) I wear a black skirt that also goes down to my knees. I also have a belt that holds the little holster. Last is what looks like a kuni holster on my left leg. I turn to see that Melanie has a yard long blue sword on her back. “WHY THE HELL AM I WEARING A SKIRT!” I yell. Melanie sweet drops. Wait what! That only happens in……. O MY GOD! “Are we in Naruto!?” I ask/yell.
