"Wake up,Wake up, you don't want to be late for your first day of school", I hear my mom yelling from downstairs. It was a new day, new school everything changed since our move. We moved all the way from Sacramento, California to Jacksonville,Florida for my moms promotion in work.I put my pink slippers on and rush to my closet wishing I got my clothes sorted out the night before. I put on a mint green skater skirt on with a black crop top saying "But first coffee" written with mint green letters and I put on my black converse to top it off. After I changed I went straight to the bathroom and put my hair into a side French Braid with a black ribbon. "Jocelyn we don't got all day", my mom yelled . I grabbed my phone and headed straight to the kitchen where I found my mom ."Hurry,we have to go,"my mom said as she passed me a bagel filled with marmalade.When I stepped outside all I could feel was the fresh summer breeze blowing against my skin like a feather that just fell of from a bird.
