Shadows

A man has the ability to see the dead, but not their bodies, just shadows. A different form of their spirits trying to enter back into the living world. He can see the black outline following you, but you don't stop, don't look back just continue to walk ahead. His mind is screaming at him to tell you, but you'll just think his crazy, he doesn't want to be crazy, so he just watches as the shadow follows behind you all the way, until there is nothing but the glow of a street light.
He looks down in disappointment and frowns, he sees a shadow, he sighs and runs home. The only place his safe. With lights at every corner of the room he gives the shadows no place to hide, no chance to come back.
