The group stood in the wrecked command center looking around and trying to get a sense of which direction Kita had gone.

"Poor girl, are we going to be able to find her or do we just wait until she reappears." Arabia asked Tina.

"Well normally you just have to follow the sound of her crying, but this place is too big for that. We'll probably split up and look around until we either find her or hear her."

"This happens often?" Arabia asked concerned.

"Well today has been a particularly lousy day for her, starting with finding out Katie was here and having to deal with Barneky. Loosing so many men in the fight cut bloody deep, literally. Then you guys came along and well, here we are. I think there was some girl trouble in there too. I haven't had time to get the gossip."

"Girl trouble, you mean boy trouble?"

Tina giggled, "That's the last thing you want to mention around Kita. She hates men. I'm positive she doesn't see her soldiers that way, they're just soldiers. As soon as you try and put a sex on them, she recoils somewhat. It can take a guy a long to be welcomed by her, especially the closer he is in age."

"That must be lonely for her."

Tina giggled again, "Oh, she has her hands full, one full of Snowy and one full of Sarin." Tina stopped joking and settled down, "Snowy's her partner and Sarin's a non committed partner, I guess is the best way to put it. The three of them have a relationship I couldn't begin to explain. I just know they seem to make it work and are happy. Just don't get in between them."

Arabia looked at Tina as if she'd sprouted another head, "so you're saying she's in love with another woman?"

"Unless one of them is a really good cross dresser, yeah. Why never heard of it?"

"Well, no. Never even thought about it even making a joke on my way out the door about possibly marrying one of you to tweak Jefferson, but that was because you were angels not because of your sex. Are all of you like that?"

Tina shrugged, "Well I've been with both, so has Snowy and Sarin. Kita's only been with girls. Katie's only been with guys, but I think is open to girls. Anthrax is all guys. The guys are all too old or metal to care about. Well Frostbane was sleeping with Anthrax for a while, not sure how they're doing."

"What? The bear?" Arabia asked alarmed.

"Yeah, he can change into a human if he wants to, but I think he prefers being a bear."

"This is all amazing and a little overwhelming."

"You get used to it." Tina said with a smile.
