Josh's POV
It was a bright day where I take my first class in this new school Fairmont. I wonder who I will befriend first. I walk into the cafeteria and spotted some boys with iPads that are playing video games. I thought to myself, huh, since these guys have iPads, I wonder if these guys are the 7th graders. I walk over to them and say, "Hey guys, are you boys seventh graders? I am new here so..." One of the boys looked back and smiled and said,"Yeah. We are the seventh grade boys. What's your name? My name is Kenneth." Wow this guy is already friendly. It doesn't look like he is a bully so might as well make friends with him for a start. "My name is Josh. Nice to meet you!"

Kenneth's POV
I was playing video games with my friends in the cafeteria until this guy showed up. I knew it from the start that he is a newbie because I never saw him. Might as well become friends with him. "Yeah. We are the seventh grade boys. What's your name? My name is Kenneth." "My name is Josh. Nice to meet you!" He kinda hesitated before he answered. I think he is squaring me up but I bet we are going to get along just fine. It was first period. English. Sometimes English has its good sides but some it's bad sides. I hope today will be a good day...
RIIIIINNNNGGGG. The bell rung signaling the end of first period. Man English was great! I was talking with Josh and getting to know him more and looks like he is pretty awesome! I start heading to pentathlon which was science and bumped into Nkemdi and Alex. "You should check out the new kid, Josh, he is awesome and cool!" They looked at each other hesitating a little but said ok. I hope this school day will be awesome with that new kid around!
