He needs to go

I left school early that day and went home. I walked straight into my house angrily and slammed the front door.

"MOM!" I shouted

"Shelly? What are you doing home so early?" She asked me while walking out of the living room

"He needs to go" I told her

"Who needs to go? What happened?" She pressed for more information

"Jarred he needs to leave. Remember when you asked me if I ever saw one of his fights?"

"Yea..."

"Well I did and now I'm judging. For g-d sakes he punched Jackson and I don't even know why!"

"Take a breath honey, come sit down and tell me what happened" she said motioning me to follow her to the kitchen

She took out some cookies that she just baked and some milk.

"Now tell me everything that happened"
20 minuets later I finished explaining to her what happened. What he said in the bathroom about you knew how much... And so on

When I finished my story she just burst out in laughter.

"What's so funny?" I shot her a confused expression but she just kept laughing

"I'm sorry that story was just too funny" she tells me while calming herself down

"What exactly was funny about that?" I asked extremely bewildered

Just as I asked that question the front door opens and closes.

I look at the time on my phone but realize school is over. Oh No please don't be Jarred, please don't be Jarred

"Jarred is that you?" My mother asks

"Ma what are you doing?" I angrily whisper

"YES" he shouts back

"O! Dear come into the kitchen please" she tells him
Couple seconds later he walks into the kitchen

My mom gets up and hugs him. He hugs her back warily and she lets go but only too pinch his cheeks.

"You are too cute. Such a sweet boy" she tells him

What? Has that woman lost her sanity!!!

"Thank you Mrs. Marcus" he smiles at her

"Please call me Amy" she tells him

What is going on here does she not recall the story I just told her. And now she is telling him to call her by her first name. She really has lost her mind. Mabye I should tell my dad and see if he has some common sense.

"Alright well I'm off to book club. Shelly here is some cash if you and Jarred want to order some food" she says while handing Jarred a $100
She kisses me on the head and sends Jarred a smile before shouting bye.

Once my mom left the house he turns to me gives me a stare that holds so many emotions that I don't have time to decipher because he looks away and heads for the stairs.

"Wait!" I shout and run after him.

But he doesn't listen

I finally catch up to him and grab him by the arm to turn him around.
By now i stepped up the stairs so am standing a step above him.

"What" he snaps coldly

"What's your problem?"I ask him

"You really want to know?" He states stepping closer and by now is towering over me with a mix of a cold and angry stare
