Vic's POV

The day after I had gotten my advice from Jack and Alex, I went to the store to buy him some flowers. I sifted through the options until I noticed a lone bouquet of black roses. Something about them was just so intriguing; they were so different from all the other flowers. That was it! I could make up some cheesy shit about how the flowers are unique just like him, something stupid like that.

I paid for the flowers and called Tony, hoping he'd know Kellin's address. If it were up to me, I would've just sent someone else to do this, but Alex made a big deal about how I had to go myself. I didn't know why I had to be there in person; it was a huge waste of my time. Well, as long as it worked. I needed him in my bed as soon as possible.

"Hello?" Tony greeted.

"Hey dude, do you know Kellin's address?" I asked.

"Uh, yeah. Why?"

"I need to give him flowers," I replied as I slid into my car.

"Why are you giving him flowers?"

"Reasons, can I just have his fucking address?"

God why did he need to ask so many stupid questions. I just needed him to give me some fucking information. He gave me the address of his building as well as his apartment number, and I began to drive to his place. As I got closer to my destination I began to realize that I hadn't been in this part of town before. Everything here looked so...poor. All the buildings were run down and the people looked dirty and gross. Ew, why did he have to live here. Poor people were fucking nasty.

I arrived at the apartment building and found a place to park before walking inside. Ew, everything in here looked so dirty. I made my way to his apartment number on the 6th floor and walked up the door. This better have been the right address, because I did not want to deal with any more lower class people than I needed to already. I knocked on the door and waited.

After a few moments the door opened, but only a crack because there was a chain preventing it from opening up the full way. Kellin looked at me with confusion and then down at the flowers. "Uh, hi. Why are you here?" He asked, confusedly.

I took a deep breath and prepared myself for what I was about to say. "I wanted to say that...I'm sorry," I said, looking at him apologetically. At least I thought I was looking at him apologetically; I better have, because this act wouldn't work if I didn't look like I meant it.

He shut the door and an unlocking sound was made, before he opened it again and stepped into the hallway. He shut the door behind him and looked down at the flowers. "A-are those for me?" He asked, pointing at the flowers.

No dumbass I'm visiting my husband's grave, who do you think their for?

"Yeah. I got black ones because they're beautiful and unique, just like you," I explained. I looked at his face to see if he was buying it.

He smiled wildly and began to blush. Yes! He bought it! I held them out to him and he took them into his arms. "That's a really sweet thing to say. Thank you," he said, clutching the flowers close to his chest.

"Does this mean you forgive me?" I asked hopefully. He looked down at the roses and back at me.

"Yeah, it was kinda my fault. I shouldn't have run out like that," he apologized.

No, you shouldn't have, it was really fucking rude.

"It's fine, I was being kind of a douchebag," I said in fake apology.

"It's ok," he said before looking back at the flowers, a large smile still plastered on his lips.

"I was wondering if we could go on another date."
