Elsa answered the call by pressing the green button on her steering wheel.

"Hi daddy," chimed Winter and Jamie.

"Hello, kids," Jack greeted.

Elsa cut to the chase, "What do you want, Jack?"

Jack replied, "Can't I call my ex-wife to see how she's doing?"

"Don't change the subject. Why did you call?" Elsa pressed.

"I heard you're moving somewhere with the kids," Jack explained.

"Why do you care?" Elsa retorted.

"They're my kids too, and I love them," Jack insisted.

"Yeah, sure, Mr. Frost," Elsa responded skeptically.

Elsa pulled over and disconnected the Bluetooth connection to her phone. She instructed Winter and Jamie to stay in the car while she talked to Jack alone.

"Stay here, okay Winter and Jamie?" Elsa requested.

They agreed, and Jamie fell asleep while Winter attempted to listen in on their conversation.

Elsa stepped outside and spoke to Jack.

"We need to talk," Elsa began.

"I was thinking," Jack started.

"About what?" Elsa asked.

"About not staying together," Jack admitted.

"I don't want to discuss that now. I made a deal with Winter for you to help me clean my grandfather's house," Elsa redirected.

"I'll think about it," Jack said.

"I'll give you the address," Elsa offered.

"North Star, number 16," Jack remembered.

"You still remember?" Elsa asked.

"How could I forget?" Jack reminisced.

"They were good days," Elsa agreed.

"Yeah, they were," Jack acknowledged.

"I've got to go. Bye," Elsa said, ending the call.

"Goodbye, snowflake," Jack replied.

"Frosty," Elsa retorted before hanging up.

Elsa returned to the car, and Winter noticed her sadness.

"Your dad might come to help clean the house," Elsa told them.

"Thanks, Mum. Do you still love Dad?" Winter asked.

"I..." Elsa hesitated.

"It's okay, Mum. I understand," Winter comforted.

"If I could change anything, I would," Elsa admitted.

"Maybe we can start over when Dad comes," Winter suggested.

"We'll see," Elsa replied as they arrived at her grandfather's house.
