The News Report

Liz was sitting in her room reading her book and listening to music, She flipped the page and hummed as she relaxed on her bed.

Kayla was walking in the park as she listened to the beats of her feet hitting the pavement every time she took a step, all of a sudden she got a notification on her phone. Ba Ding! 

Kayla: Ooo a notification *she scrolls up her phone and looks at it* Woah! I need to show Liz.

Kayla ran off to Liz's Little shack and ran in the door.

Liz: *jumped and fell off her bed* What the hell Kayla!, learn to knock plz!?!

Kayla: *catches her breathe* S-sorry Liz *she helped her up*

Liz: It's ok *she brushed the dust off her pants* So what's up?

Kayla: look at this news report that I got on my phone, *she pulled out her phone and showed Liz*

" A Man killed after attempt of  a murder down by Van Meter Raccoon River Lake, Reports say there are deep bite marks in his neck, Could It be an animal? Criminal Investigators will find out more, stay tuned for channel 5 at 6"

Liz: And? It's just an animal Kayla

Kayla: No, I think its a vampire

Liz: Yah right, vampires don't exist and you know it, lets watch a movie or something..

Kayla: fine, *she pulled out a movie and put it in the T.V*

They turn on some scary movies and watch them through the brisk of night. Kayla decided to go home since she did have some work she need to get done. Liz sat in her room thinking about what kayla said about vampires. "Could they be real?" Liz said. "No there is no way a vampire could exist, they are just make believe creatures". she kicked a can across the room, but little did she know someone was watching her. His red eyes glowed in the night sky as he watched her from a tree.

I was sitting on this branch watching the girl of my dreams, My red eyes glowed in the night sky as I watched over to protect her, but she feared me more then I feared talking to her.

Liz Laid down and closed her eyes, she slowly drift off to sleep thinking about what Kayla said. During the middle of the night Liz tossed and turned.

Liz: No.....No....Stop....don't drink my blood! *she started having a nightmare as she cried softly in her sleep

Johnny: *hesitated at first on what to do, he snuck in through her window and picked her up gently rocking her back and forth and holding her close*

Liz: *softly relaxed against him and she stopped crying in her sleep*

Johnny: *softly smiled but then gasp thinking to himself: The smell of her aroma is filling my nose, Her sweet hair with its pure gold look, the touch of her hand as it grazed his arm, Her sweet succulent smile.  "Just one bite" He tells himself but then shakes his head.

Liz slowly started to wake up but Johnny didn't notice as he kept rocking her. Liz looks at him and widened her eyes and screamed jumping out of his arms and ran to the corner. Johnny widened his eyes when he saw the girl awaken and get scared.

Johnny: its ok I'm not gonna hurt you *he gave a gentle smile

Liz: wh-who are you and what are you doing in my room? *she shakes

Johnny: my names Johnny, you where having a nightmare so I was going to comfort you"

Liz: *slowly stood up* So your not gonna hurt me?

Johnny: No intentions  too *he gave her a warm smile accidentally showing part of his fangs*

Liz: What are those in your mouth? *she looks at him closely*

Johnny: Oh what..U-um nothing *he looked away*

Liz: oh, *she stands up and sat back on her bed*

 *sat down* Sorry for startling you..I just wanted to comfort you..you looked lonely in this shack, where are your parents?

Th-they abandoned me *she sighs looking down as a tear slides down the side of her cheek*

*he took her hands in his  and wiped her tears and he let out a soft smile* I'm sorry that happened but your not alone now.

she giggles a bit as she sniffles* Thank you..its good to have company around here.

*he smiles as he looks around the shack, he pulls her into his arms and lays down then covers her up and starts singing her a soft lullaby, before he knew it she was sound asleep in his arms. "Goodnight Liz" *he smiles kissing her head before falling asleep*

******************** NEXT MORNING******************

She slowly wakes up as she looks around stretching noticing that Johnny wasn't here she stood up and saw a note.  "ill be back later, thats if you want me back ;) see you soon"

*She softly smiled as she got dressed, she then eats breakfast and decides to go for a walk*

Johnny's POV

*he walks around as his eyes grow red, he stalks a deer thats lurking in the bushes, he then jumps out and tackles the deer sinking his teeth in it as he slowly drinks* Mmm...

*he finishes up then stands up wiping his mouth he then smells something familiar* hmm? why do i smell liz, he turns as he smells a different smell thats not familiar to him* Whats going on..? *he thinks curiously* 

*he widens his eyes when he hear's Liz screaming, he sprints off and runs to her as fast  as he can he then widens his eyes when he reaches the destination*
