High school, something not everyone looks forward to, with the extra homework and mean teachers plus prom? You can get a real headache. Well, not me.
Hi I'm Margo Ross and after putting myself in my classes, SAT, and extra curricular and not focusing on boys I'm ready to go to college and forget that there was at least on miracle in my life. That miracle was Paul Smith. Right now he's star quarterback, hot, sexy and my ex-boyfriend.
We were good friends since kindergarten but soon enough that bond became something else. I knew he was my one true love since 7th grade that was after he kissed me and asked me to be his girlfriend, of course I said yes, I mean who wouldn't. We dated until 10th grade but that all ended when Zara Newman showed up.
"I don't get why you don't want to go I mean, it's your senior prom." My mum says as she's driving. I take off my headphones.
"I just don't want to go okay and I'm trying to," I point at my headphones, "so please."
"You could go with Alex, he was a really sweet boy." Mum turns into the school car park.
"Mum please, he was such a wimp and Margo told me he was terrible in bed,right," my older sister Vanessa turns to me and I nod, "see."
"Okay but I know why she doesn't want to go." Mum exclaims.
"Paul Smith!" Vanessa says in my ear and I hit her with my bag, I takeoff my headphones and sigh.
"Okay your absolutely right okay, I do want to go with him but I first need to check out New York for colleges, I need to find the right place and you know that." I squirm a little in my chair. Mon parks and Vanessa and I get out, my hair wipes my face I take it away and right in front of me I see Paul and Zara in Troy's car, Zara in-between Paul's legs, Troy with his arm around Lacey. It makes me sick.
"Margo come on," Vanessa grabs me and drags me into school, "so when are you heading for New York." We walk through the bustling hallway,first day back what do you expect.
"Probably on of these weekends I want to leave on Friday and return on Sunday."I walk towards my locker, still the same.
"Cool,but make sure that you get a ticket early Drake said many people are going back to school right now."
"Don't worry I know what to do."
"I hope you do." Vanessa is a protective person, ask anyone she will take anyone who you to court, that's probably why she wants to be a lawyer.
"Hey!"Ben Liver-stone Johns, one of my best friends almost gives me a heart attack. He has tried to sexually harass me like ten times and has always failed. But he has a girlfriend Stacey Page she's been my non-kissing sole mate since 5th Grade and we've loved each other ever since. She and Ben have been together since 10th grade, like Paul and I but their relationship actually lasted.
"I'm out, see you Margo." Vanessa hates Ben, she finds him weird.
"Hi Ben,how are you?" I ask.
"Fantastic,Stacey and I had a beautiful night."
"Good to know." I shut my locker and walk towards my class.
"Have you seen Stacey any where?"
"No."
"Hey!"Stacey comes out of nowhere and I hate it when she does that."Oh my gosh, please don't do that again." I pant.
"Oh sorry babe I think my surprise entrances are a little bit to surprising." Stacey wants to be an actress, it's been her dream but there will be those days when I will hate that dream.
"Hey baby miss me," she lens in on Ben, "didn't we have a wonderful time last night."
"Sure did." They seal that disgusting scene with a kiss.
"By the way I need to tell you something about Paul," she pulls a way from Ben, "oh my gosh this news will blow you away."
"Um tell me."
"Okay,you remember my cousin Jessica right."
"Ya of course, by the way how is she with Jack."
"Oh their fine, so she told me that Jack knows Troy and he told Jack that Paul is going to New York one of these weekends."
"What noway that's perfect because I'm going to New York as well."
"Why?"Stacey has a really perplexed look on her face.
"I need to check out the college I'm going to, remember.
"Oh ya, so I'll ask Jessica for more information tonight so that we can know when he's leaving."
"You know this is a bit like stalking right and guys don't like that."Ben sighs.
"Were not stalking were just getting information about him to help her."Stacey points at me. *Ring Ring*.
"Okay see you guys later I've got chemistry" I run to my class but instead of the feeling of being late for class, I feel happy I now know that I have a second chance. Mum was wrong maybe I don't need to let go.
