Aria looked out the window of the taxi as they drove through the familiar streets of Rosewood. After five years of avoiding this town she couldn't believe that she was here again. She looked nervously down at her phone, unaware of the events that would be instal for her. Suddenly she got lost in a train of thought, thinking all that had happened to her when she was here, all the drama and torment with Charlotte, school and even all the problems that arose from dating Ezra, though she regretted not a single minute of her time with him it was still a struggle she battled for five years. Some part of her hoped she could see him again, but some part hoped she wouldn't. Trying to live her life without him was one of the hardest things she had to do. Just as she was remembering all the times with Ezra, the taxi pulled to a stop.
The taxi driver broke the silence "that will be $62.50"
Aria hurriedly searched through her purse and handed him the money. "Keep the change" she smiled and gathered her bag, hoping out of the taxi and watching it drive away into the distance. She turned till she faced the Radley hotel, taking in the scenery, standing there for five minutes and questioning how someone could turn a insane institute into a hotel, and wondered why in earth she agreed to staying there with the girls. She finally shook all the thoughts from her head and hurried inside to check in, once checked in she stood in the lobby and looked around, her eyes resting on a man stumbling away from the bar, she studied him and then turned away and focused on something else. Within seconds she found herself sprawled on the floor with someone lying on top of her.
"Can you kindly please get yourself off me? You are squishing me!" She wriggled herself underneath the person, trying to break free.
The guy lying in her just grunted, Aria listening to the grunt. She thought the grunt sounded familiar and she looked over her shoulder to see Ezra lying on her.
"Ezra?" She questioned, even though she already knew the answer
"Aria?" Ezra, suddenly seeming more alive than he did ten seconds ago, sat up,moving himself off her,
She sat up and studied him closely before standing up, reaching her hand down towards him. He looked up and slightly smiled, something he hadn't done in a long time as he took her hand.
