You and other people have electric powers, like, seeing through solid objects or magnetism, even lightning bolts! But there's a bad side to all that power, a person known as Hatch who leads a powerful organization called Elgen is trying to rule the world with the electric children's help. He is kidnapping all the electric children, other known as glows. Some glows are already caught, some are waiting to get caught and some are fighting back.
