Chapter 35: Switching Dragons (Part: 2)

Third Pov

Everyone got to that one place where everyone meets.

"Alright, gang. You know the drill. Switch dragons!" Hiccup yelled. Hiccup went to StormFly while Astrid went towards Toothless. Snotloud got the twins dragon while the twins got Meatlug and Fishlegs get Hookfang.

"Alright, we switch back to our own dragons within 2 days." Hiccup said.

"TWO DAYS!?!??" Everyone yelled. Hiccup smirked.

"And whoever can't handle the dragon that they have right now, loses." Hiccup said.

"Aaaahhhh. So it's a competition. I like that." Astrid said.

"I know that, and I also know, you guys are too lazy to clean up our dragon's duty." Hiccup continued.

"Eegghhhh. Don't even talk about that. Do you know how it's smells!?!? It's smell like Ruffnut when she done with the boar pit." Tuffnut said. (I can't spell that big hole on the ground that the twins love.)

"HEYY!!!!!" Ruffnut yelled.

"Ooookaay. Anyway, whoever loses has to clean the dragons poop for a whole month." Hiccup said.

"AWWWW HEEEEEELLLLL NO!!!!!!" Snotloud yelled. Astrid smirked.

"Alright, they competition starts...................NOW!!!!" Hiccup yelled.

Everyone went on the switched dragons and went off.

Astrid Pov

So Toothless and I are flying. Lucky, it's a good thing that Hiccup taught me lessons how to fly on Toothless. We were exploring. And do some dangerous stunts.

"So, want explore again?" I asked. Toothless growled in agreement.

"I'll take that a yes." I said.

Toothless smiled and looked ahead. I active his tail and we flew to the left.

I was a little bored, looking out. We flew for miles and yet, nothing. I spotted a cave, is was big like a whole pack of Nadders could fit in there. I made Toothless to flew over there but he won't.

"What's wrong Toothless?" I asked. Toothless roared like saying 'I'm not going in there'.

"Come on, you know me. Just a little peek okay? PLLLLLLEEEAAASSSEEEEE!!!!!" I begged. Toothless roared, not accepting my word.

"Fine! Have it your way!" I yelled. I switch his tail to the direction to the cave, making him fly towards it. Toothless try not to go over there, but I control him. I'm not giving up. I ain't going clean dragon's duty for a month.
We flew to the cave and landed.

Third Pov

As Astrid lands, Toothless stated to growled.

"What's wrong?" Astrid asked. Yet, no reply but only growling.

As she walked in a bit farther all of the sudden she heard breathing. She looked at Toothless, who is yet growling and the darkness, thinking that breathing was him. But she was wrong. She continued to walker farther until she bumped into something. It felt scaly and it felt like Toothless's skin. Then bright orange eyes, shot opened. Astrid saw the beast as it raised up. The beast saw her and Toothless. Then dragon started the growled. The dragon used its spiky tail to hit Astrid, making a large scar in her arm. Astrid scream in pained as she fell backwards. Toothless went up to Astrid and protect her with his tail. The beast opened his mouth just a little see an red beam coming out his mouth, showing that 'to back off'. Toothless slowly walked backwards as the dragons started to opened his mouth.
