Robot! Sniper X Human! Reader

You and the ___ & ___ teams have been fighting those blasted robots for about three or four weeks. And you're starting to lose it. You seriously hate whoever made these things. ((Grey Mann!)) You and the (opposite/team) Sniper made your way to high ground so you could take down some of the robots from high ground. You two were doing pretty good. You went to check for spies and you saw a robot spy and blew his mechanical head off. As you went to turn back, your heard a rifle go off and out of the corner of your eye you saw Sniper fall to the ground, blood pooling from his head. You turned and saw the robot Sniper landing on the ground in front of you. You took a step back and went to run but he snatched your arm and pulled you back.
Frankly, you were terrified. You've seen what these things can do, and you weren't gonna lie it was scary to think of what he might do to you. But to your surprise, he hugged you tightly. You looked up at him, rather confused in fact. He looked at you and in a scratchy, electronic voice he started talking.
"DOn'T wOrRy I wIlL nOt HaRm YoU ", He said.
"Why? Weren't you sent to kill us?", You asked fearfully. His voice cleared up and did crack as much.
"Yes, We were but I don't want to hurt you ". He replied. You were so confused. But you couldn't help but believe him, despite him being a robot that could easily lie to you or kill you with no remorse. He cares none the less. And you can't help but care about him.
