Chapter Two

Alex and I were waiting for our parents in the princables offcie. Turns out Jay, the guy Alex knocked out, ended up having to go to the hospital. So of course Alex got into trouble, and he had to explain everything that happened. So his parents just got called in because he might get expelled. And that was the last thing he needed...the last thing I needed. 

My parents got called in because they are unaware of my 'bulling' situation. So apparetley that has to be disscused becasue this school has a 'zero tolorance policy'. 

My mother and Alex's mother both walked in together, sitting by Alex and I. My mother looked at me with concern. I looked at her and sighed, mouthing 'i'm sorry' before looking away.

We spent about half an hour talking about me and my situation with the 3-4 boys who beat me up and call me name. Them and thier parents got called in. So apparently the situation has been 'sorted out', but I highly doubt that a 15-20 minute lecture from the princable is going to stop them from hurting me. After all, they did look like they wanted to kill me when they walked out to go back to class.

"Now, Mr. Gaskarth," our princable turned his attention to Alex. "Now, I understand that you were trying to defend your friend here, but you know this school has a zero tolorance policy. Im afraid we have to expell you." 

Alex looked up with angry eyes, his face burning red, "Look, I don't give a fuck if you expell me, but if you have a zero tolorance policy, how come those four assholes who have apparently been bulling my best friend for years on end now, don't get expelled?! Or suspened or something! You really think that by telling them what they're doing isnt right that they are going to stop harrasing him?!" He yelled pointing at me on his last words. Isobel, Alex's mom, told Alex to calm down, but that only got him more angry.

"No mom, I wont calm down! This isn't fair! He didnt do anything to deserve this, they should be punished!"

I was honestly suprised as to how passionate he was about this, it's kinda scary. The princable didn't say anything, except simply telling Alex to clean out his locker and leave. Alex stood up, kicked the chair he was sitting in and walked out.

I got up and followed him quickly, "Lex!" I called after him. He stopped and turned around waiting for me to catch up to him. When I was standing next to him he continued to walk to his locer and I followed.

"I get you just got expelled, and that you were sticking up for me, but why are you this angry?" I asked worryingly. He stopped walking and turned to face me.

"Jack, are you really inlove with me?" he asked, looking into my eyes breathing heavily. I just stood there. I didn't know what to say.
