"Bye, I am going to miss you Jenna, we'll call each other, we'll write, I promise." I said while reaching out my hand from my pocket and placing a rose gold necklace with a heart shaped amulet in the middle.
"Oh my gosh, Veronica, Thank you so much." Jenna replied and hugged me and started crying a little. She was my best-est friend ever, and I didn't know how to say goodbye. I was leaving to back to Texas with my family and my uncle David was driving me to town, I was just visiting my cousin, Jenna for the winter break, who lives in Michigan, and after I'd have to go back to being an ordinary 15 year-old girl at the back of the 10th grade classroom. I live on a horse ranch in Texas and I go to school there. Although, I live there I do not own my private horse. Which I really want for my 16th birthday, which is on February 18th.
"BYE!" I screamed to my aunt Stacy, uncle Patrick and Jenna. I was really going to miss them. I only got to visit them rarely. My parents are in the city area in Michigan and they are waiting for me over there. I really wanted to stay with my cousin longer, so I decided that I should, but, just one extra day. My uncle David got into the jeep and started driving. We had to ride in the car for about 3 hours so, I turned on the heater, put on my headphones, and watched snow cover the rest of the colors and the land. Winter in Michigan was beautiful. Back in Texas, we didn't get so much snow, or even that much of the feeling of real winter. It snowed, and then disappeared the next day.
We finally got to uncle David's apartment, which he lives in with his wife, my aunt Claire, she is a really good horse-rider as well, I always can look up to her.
I got into the house and then I greeted my aunt and my family. My brother instantly played the same old prank on me that he always does, pretends that I'm invisible. My brother is in the 6th grade and can be really annoying but sometimes you've got to deal with him.
We ate dinner, and then headed off to the airport, and my brother finally stopped ignoring me. We got onto the plane and I started watching some movies and started sleeping.

As soon, as I got home I ran to the horses and started hugging them, until I realized that it was 4 in the morning, so I went to bed, after that.
