Hi! This is a present for @Linzizbae my wattpad bestie. Her birthday was yesterday (February 10th). She writes incredible Miraculous one shots and is one of the sweetest and funniest people I know so pretty please go check her out. Without further ado here is this ball of fluff.

Linz watched as the bright yellow orb of light rose from between the horizon. The sky was painted with magnificent colors. The pale reds, pinks, and oranges blended together beautifully to create a masterpiece in the sky. Oh how her hands itched to paint this magnificent sight but the smell of fresh morning dew was in the air calming her into a state of pure bliss. In the end the sounds of birds singing an angelic melody were the ones trying coaxed her back to sleep. She fought the urge to curl up in her blanket again, it didn't help that her pillow felt softer than a cloud and her eyelids felt heavier than bricks. She quickly rummaged through her bag that was under her seat and pulled out her phone. She hopped out of the car and took many pictures hoping to capture this moment so she could recreate it later.

"I knew you'd like this place." Said a husky voice behind her.

"It's gorgeous."

"Just like you." Linz turned to see Elliot giving her a lopsided grin. She blushed, even now after being officially together for 4 years this boy always managed to make her skin tingle, her cheeks burn, and her heart swell after even the smallest gesture.

Linz returned the smile and buried her face in the crook of Elliot's neck. "I love you." she murmured into his shirt.

"I love you more." he responded holding her closer. The two love stricken collage students stayed glued to each other, they tried to savor every bit of the moment.; the beautiful sight before them and the powerful love they had for each other filling their bodies.

Suddenly Elliot sucked in a gulp of air and released it shakily, now was the time. This was the perfect moment he had been waiting for this whole road trip. Elliot moved away from Linz so he could be standing right in front of her.

looking right at her made it worse, her blue gray eyes sparkled in wonder, the ends of her plump pink lips curved upward into a cute smile, and finally her magnificent medium-long hair swayed in the wind ever so slightly. The natural mix of brown and golden hair glistened in the sunlight.

"Lindsey Hannah Meyers, since the day you spilled your burning hot coffee down my shirt-" he paused looking at her, as he suspected she was furiously blushing giving him a sheepish smile. "- which to this day still has a faint stain by the way. You've always somehow managed to grasp my attention. Maybe it was because the way you always acted like a 5 year old, or how adorable clumsy you were, or maybe when you almost burned down my kitchen...twice ,or maybe it was because not even a week later you bumped into me resulting in me falling down the grand staircase. I'd gladly fall down that staircase again if it meant you would be my personal assistant again. Anyway-" he said pausing to chuckle. "The point is, i'm not sure when or how, but soon I found myself falling for you. Your giggle, your smile, your incredible personality, your horrible cooking skills; I love it all. And most of all, I love you. " Elliot then proceeded to get on one knee and took out a dark blue velvety box.

"Elliot I- I don't think proposing is-"

"My lady, this is a promise ring. It's a promise to you that I will propose when the time is right. This is a promise to you that I will never let you go and that one day you and i will have little children running around the house, making our lives exiting and busy."

Linz held out her hand and Elliot easily slid the ring on her finger. "I love you Elliot." she said burying her face once again in the crook of his neck.

"I love you too."

"Elliot?"

"Yes?"

"Can we get some food?"

Elliot chuckled. "Way ahead of you."
