Alex

"Who's the girl?" smirked Vinny.

"What girl?!" squealed Jack. "Alex met a girl?! Are you cheating on me again?"

"No Jack." I said quietly.

"Is she prettier than me?" he asked, rather like a paranoid girlfriend.

I sighed. "No, Jack. You're the prettiest princess of them all." I said lazily, staring into space.

I know Jack's my best friend, but he really just needs to know when to stop. It's been half an hour and he's already pissed me off. He soon spotted Grieco coming back with food, so he was gonna be occupied for a while. I didn't pay much attention to him, as Erin had caught my eye again. She was back with her friends again, talking to them. I saw her look round so I quickly diverted my attention to Vinny.

"So who was she?" he smirked.

"I dunno, just some girl." I shrugged.

"Oh yeah, the look on your face really says she was 'just some girl'." he scoffed. "Is tripping girls up and paying for their coffee your new thing?

"It was an accident!" I exclaimed. "We both weren't watching where we were going, our feet got caught and we fell. I spilled coffee on her so I paid for hers as an apology. Nothing more."

"Oh so you weren't writing your number on her arm then, were you?" smirked Danny.

I let out a loud sigh; I can't do anything without the guys seeing it and taking the piss out of me. It sucks. Danny got a punch on the arm before I slumped down on the nearest vacant seat, which just so happened to be next to Rian.

"Some girl, huh?" he murmured.

"I didnt know we had several fucking parrots with us." I snapped. "Sorry, Ri."

"It's fine, I get it." he said dismissively. "I mean, she obviously just reminds you of that girl...whatsername...Emma? Ella?"

I suddenly sat bolt upright. He probably didn't mean anything by it, but something about what Rian said clicked in my head. I looked over at him to see he was smirking, obviously knowing I'd realised. I grinned at him.

"Rian, you fucker." I chuckled, still grinning.

"Hey don't look at me. I saw it in your face that you thought it might have been her." he said quietly. "In fact, you actually looked as if you were hoping it was her.

My cheeks burned as I looked to the ground, hoping a huge hole would suddenly appear and swallow me up so I wouldn't have to face anymore embarrassment. But I knew that'd never happen. Nothing ever goes my way. "It was the eyes," I said quietly, staring into space. "They looked just like hers, but she didn't even click it was me. That's what's confused me."

"Guys let's go!" I heard Flyzik shout.

And when Flyzik shouts, you know he means business.

It didn't feel like it, but our last day on this tour run came around and a little too quickly for my liking. I had to face Lisa for one thing - who I've pretty much ignored this whole trip whenever she's tried to contact me, except for one phonecall - but I was excited to possibly see Erin again when I got back. I hope she's still in the States like she said she'd be. If she really was the same Erin who I was best friends with as a child then we had some serious catching up to do.

"Yo Gayscarf!" Jack shouted. "We're leaving!"

"I'm just finishing packing!" I shouted back. I wasn't; I was still sat on my ass doing nothing.
