Chapter 7
“Petey! Petey! Will you go out with me?” I shouted as I ran after Peter in the hallway.
“Uh... sure,” he said without turning around.
“Really?” I gaped at the gorgeous boy.
He turned around and shot me one of those adorable half-smirks of his, “Sure, Sasha. In your dreams.”

Connor Vinsel was the epitome of a player. He was constantly dating at least two girls at once, and flirting with five others. He was also Peter’s closest friend and second-in-command tormentor at Oakwood High.
During my Sasha Lee days, he had teased and bullied me to no end. He called me names, shoved me against lockers, pushed me in the halls, and did everything he could to ruin my days. I also disliked him because of what he did to my best friend, Keira. Like 90% of the girls at Oakwood, she fell for his charm and good looks regardless of his notorious reputation because she thought she could be the one to change him. They dated for almost a year before she found out that he had been fucking three other girls besides her. When she confronted him about it, he flipped a shit on her and dumped her on the spot. Keira sank into severe depression and slit her wrists while her parents were gone one weekend. And I wasn’t able to do a thing. Connor Vinsel took away my friend. And he was going to regret it.
Ever since Cassandra Remodell came to Oakwood High, Connor had given up almost all of his girlfriends in order to chase after me. It was almost touching. Almost.
“Hey baby,” Connor winks as I walk over to the lunch table.
“Hey.”
“What’s wrong today, love?”
I fake-pout, “None of the guys here want to date me.”
Connor scoots closer, “What are you talking about, babe, everyone here wants to date you!”
“No, they want to bone me, not to date me.”
“Well, you can’t blame them, dear, you’re one sexy girl.”
“But for once, can’t they just like me for what’s on the inside?!” I groan, exasperated.
He bites his lip, “Give me a chance, and I’ll show you.”
I look up, “What?”
“You heard me. Let me prove to you that I can like you for you. Just one date.”
“Connor, you know you have a reputation around here.”
“Let me show you otherwise,” he looks at me, completely serious.
“Just one date?”
“Just one date.”
“Okay.” I whisper, unsure.
“Good,” Connor flashes his smile.
This was going to be easier than taking down the cheerleaders.

Friday night, at exactly 5 o'clock Connor rang my doorbell. I take my sweet time walking down from the fourth floor in a white lacy dress, black thigh high socks, black ankle boots, a black beanie, and a little black purse. Perfect. (Picture to the right).
“Well hey there beautiful,” Connor grins. He looked perfect in khaki pants, and a simple button-up. It was a shame that this monster had such an attractive mask.
