Characters

Character names are really easy to come up with. You can research most popular names and last names and there you go!

But you can make your own names obviously.

For example Layla Adams or Giselle Morgan. You can come up with any combination of names for YOUR story.

If your writing a fanfic and your making a new character and that character might be marrying someone in the story? Always make sure that the names sound good together.

Like Emily Monroe and Jake Dawson. Emily Dawson.

Make sure that the names go well together. If they're are getting. Married. Of course this applies to your own story too.

Next thing is character traits.! Woohoo

Character traits are super duper important. If you want to make all the characters the same p, it wouldn't be interesting. But if you spiced it up like

The best friend is daredevilish, pretty, dumb....

The main character is shy, quiet, simple boring, bullied.....

Then of course. The signature bad boy being rough, bad boyish, kind on the inside, has a younger sister, strong, part of a gang.........

This was based on my imagination for a chick flick.

So the characters need to represent something. Their likes, dislike, boyfriends, girlfriends, enemies, sarcasm. Your character can be modified to wiener you want him or her to be.
