Yuki a herbalist from a local store took great friendship and turned it into the love of a lifetime with just one kiss, one hold, one tear and one heart.
"I love you Zen" Yuki spoke as she took her last breath
That faithful Valentine night Yuki died in a hit an run car accident. Just a few minutes away from Zen's house.
One year earlier
"Show me your injury?" he mumbled to the red haired girl lying still on the bed with beaming eyes at him.
"I wasn't going to hide it from you, knowing you'll get mad" Without waiting he ran his hand through her hair and planted the sweetest kiss on her lips.
Her eyes flew wide open in surprise just as he raised his brow. Quickly he let go of her. "Sorry, I shouldn't have done that" he said slowly. She continued lying there in awe as words couldn't leave her mouth while her face turned red.
"Next time I hold you please tell me how you feel" he continued. Still uttering no word as her silence spoke it all.
"Hello earth to Yuki!" he whispered in a low voice as her eyes slowly closed. "Yes" was all she could mumble as he left the room allowing her to rest her bruised arm.
The next day she pondered on what should tell Zen as did he during his spare time. He distinctly remembered the kiss they shared.
I have had feelings for Yuki for a long time and when I touched her I became sure of that only if she knew I was the son of the richest man in the world Zen mumbled to himself as he paced the corridors.
Yuki was an herbalist who worked at a local store where she met Zen. Since that day they became great friends. He would invite her over to his house for lunch and dinners when his father was out of town which was pretty much all the time.

After visiting the store a few weeks later Yuki would never be around either she was busy or out running an errand. Zen almost felt like she was avoiding him after what had happened and this drove him crazy.
"Sha-wham" Zen heard the door closed and the loud ringing of footstep going up the corner. It was her but why she ran puzzle him. He immediately dropped his duffel bag and took chase. In that moment he thought she had found out about his secret life.
Yuki's POV
"What should I do I ran out without thinking?" Yuki thought as she panted for breath while stopping to brace on an oak tree.
"Yuki wait!!" Zen shouted
"I can't....face you right now Zen!" Yuki said within tears as she continued to run.
"Stop running Yuki, I don't want to chase you" Zen continued to shout as the chase continued.
Immediately Yuki came to a stop as the ravishing breeze rustled through her hair and the leaves whirled lightly in the air. "Sorry" was all Yuki could whisper in a hushed tone.
"Please lets sit down" Zen showed Yuki to the ledge where they both took a seat.
"Since I met you I knew you were the one. I always love to see you smile and I'll try with all my heart to show you what it feels like to be loved." In that moment Yuki realized that after spending so much time with Zen there were still raw emotion that she hadn't found. Not even past relationships could reveal them.
Yuki's eyes were filled with tears within minutes they flowed like rain from the sky. "Zen, I love you."
"You make me smile, you're my strength and you are so dear to me but now I realize that I'm in love with you too" Yuki continued as tears cam crashing down on her arm. Zen who was sitting right beside her got up an knelt before her.
"I want that too" Zen continued as he looked straight into Yuki's eyes.
"All the money I have might not be able to protect you but with the strength you give me I know I want to be with you from now on. I will protect you, honor you and keep our desires safe with all my body , mind and soul. Therefore will you Yuki be my girlfriend?"
Yuki quickly wiped the flowing tears from her eyes and took Zen's hand as they both stood up and hugged each other ever so tightly. Zen's voice that called her name ever so calmly was tinged with warmth and sincerity and a fire lit in her heart.
With trembling hands Zen too Yuki's face "Before we go any further I have something to tell you" he spoke softly in her ear.
"My name is not Zen......its Zenon Hamilton " He paused to see Yuki's reaction.
"You are the son of Mc Hamilton the right arm to the President !!!! How could you not tell me this?" Yuki shouted as her head became light and eyes blurred. She quickly scrambled for the ledge .
"I wanted to tell you but the right time never came. Then I fell in love with you and I didn't want you to look at me the way you are now" Zen continued as he turned away looking out into the trees.
Just then Yuki took Zen's hand "I love you Zenon, you may be rich, poor or in between, I still love you just the way you are. Just never lie to me again okay?" Yuki ended strongly as she gave him a tight squeeze on his arm.
"Never" Zen smiles as he raised Yuki in his arms and spun her around just enough to capture her in his arm for a breathtaking kiss just as the sun went down and Yuki's hair red hair glowed in the light.
