CHAPTER 1 : Kacey mac .

Isabella : kacey wake up !
Kacey : 5 more minutes 😭🚮?!
Isabella :  No now , You gotta drive your sisters to school to I gotta go to the doctors today to see what's going on with me .
Kacey : okay mom 😩

Kacey gets up to get dressed . She looked at the time . It was 7:04 , the girls needed to be in school at 7:30 . She pulled out her draw a black shirt and some grey Nike sweat pants . She put on her chrome 6's and ran to the bathroom . She brushed her teeth and washed her face and hands .  She put her hair into a messy bun and walked back into her room . In her room she grabbed her phone and wallet and then turns the light off  and runs down stairs .

Kacey : GIRLS !!!??? kamia ? Kelani ?

Kelani: yes kacey ?
Kacey: are you guys ready to go ?
Kelani: yeahhh but ...
Kacey: but what ? Come on let's go it's 7:18
Kelani: something is wrong with kamia....
Kacey : what do you mean ? Where is she ?
Kelani : she's in the bathroom ...
Kacey : (walks into the bathroom to find her little sister crying ) what's wrong ? What happened ?
Kamia: I'm bleeding 😨 I'm bleeding something is wrong with me 😩
Kacey: ohhhh ... I see now ...
Kamia: what do you mean you see ?😐 bring me to the hospital now before I die .
Kacey: okay maybe it's time to tell you . What your going through is normal . It's called a menstrual cycle , or known as a period .
Kamia: A period ? Like the end of the sentence ??
Kacey : yes . It's mostly called a period because it comes for a period of time then it goes away . It'll come back every month for a few days  . Sometimes you can get cramps and different symptoms and a lot more ..
Kamia: so you mean to tell me that I get this every month ?
Kacey: yes ma'am
Kamia: what about kelani ?
Kacey: she hasn't gotten it yet ... She'll get it when her body is ready ..
Kamia: what do you mean when her body is ready ?
Kacey: I'll explain later today you can stay home I'll go and get you a pad (runs upstairs to her room and grabs a small sized pad ) here let me see your panties this is how you put it on . She opens the pad takes the plastic and puts the sticky side on the underwears right where the crouch goes . Afterwards she throws the plastic it was in away .
Kamia: so now I just put my underwears on ? 
Kacey: yes , I'm going to drop your sister off to school I'll be right back . Kelani are you ready to go ?
Kelani : yes can we go now ?
Kacey  : of course , let me grab my keys from the kitchen
Kelani : I already have them now can we go

They look at each other then walked out the house .

Kelani : will kamia be okay ?
Kacey: she'll be fine I promise you . Now you just have a good day at school

Kelani : okay ( gets into the car and buckles up )
Kacey: good girl ( starts the car and drives off )

MEANWHILE .......

Isabella : hello, hi I have a appointment today .
Adviser: yes .. Under the name ?
Isabella : Isabella mac
Adviser : one moment please the doctor will be with you any minute .. Could you take a seat over there please ?
Isabella: okay

5 minutes later

Doctor Stevens : ms. Mac ?
Isabella: that's me
Doctor Stevens : follow me , so how are you doing ? How's the kids ..
Isabella : there fine in this case they should be at school , kacey dropped them off I believe .
Doctor Stevens: that's good that's good . Will I ever meet them ?
Isabella: I told you when the time was right you will but for now I need you to check up on my baby .
Doctor Stevens: your baby ?
Isabella : Yes , my baby ... Our baby
Doctor Stevens : Isabella this is wonderful ... How long have you knew?
Isabella: Two weeks now ..
Doctor Stevens: Really ?
Isabella :Yes ... Your the baby father .....
Doctor Stevens: Does this mean that we can be a family ?
Isabella : slow down now ... I haven't even told the kids I was pregnant yet ..
Doctor Stevens: Why haven't you told them yet ... ?
Isabella : Because I haven't told them about you yet
Doctor Steven : why ? Do you not wannabe with me or something ?
Isabella : Damien , I haven't been honest to them about anything .. You gotta let me break this to them slowly kacey is 16 and the twins are 11 years old I just gotta figure out a way to tell them ...
Doctor Stevens : ISABELLA YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER 👌🏽
Isabella: Oh please don't turn this all on me like this is my fault .
Doctor Stevens : Well who's fault is it kacey's dad ?
Isabella : I can't believe you just said that (grabs her purse and heads for the door )
Doctor Stevens: Wait bella I didn't mean that come back .....
Isabella : Don't talk to me I'm going home goodbye .
