Doodlebop me - a Rooney x Moe Smut

Chapter 1

The sun was so bright it seemed to shine through the curtains as if they were transparent. Rooney's eyes opened to a bright beautiful day, birds chirping, sky as blue as him. He smiled and shielded the sun from his eyes with one large hand as he stepped out of bed.
"Deedee?" He called walking to the kitchen.
"Moe?" He realized that Moe wouldn't wake up with just a call of his name, however the smell of bacon wasn't wafting to the kitchen like every morning.
"Deeeedeeee?" He called again, searching the house for the pink lass.
He gave up and sat on the couch, but jumped straight back up as he realized Moe was asleep there. He looked so peaceful, an orange ball of sunshine glowing against the blood red velvet. He wondered what it would be like to lie there with him, all through the night.
He shook the thought from his head and walked to the kitchen again, noticing a post-it on the fridge.
"Out to get eggs! :)" was written in Deedee's bubbly handwriting. Rooney smiled at the text, everything Deedee did had that affect on people, she was just a great person to be around. Rooney walked back into the living room and shook Moe until he woke.
"Deedee's out so I was wondering if you wanted to make breakfast-" Rooney was cut off by a groan from Moe but continued afterwards
"With me," he added with a small smile. Moe looked up at this and returned the gesture.
"Oh, alright," he grumbled and stood up. There was something about his carefree spirit that made Rooney so intrigued by him. He followed the fluorescent man into the kitchen wishing they were heading into a different room.
Moe lowered some toast into the toaster since that's all he knew how to make and turned to Rooney.
"So since Deedee isn't here today what do you wanna do?"

"We'll see," he says with a smile.
