I felt super groggy as I slowly sat up on the cool metal table. I knew I had asked for this but did it really turn out alright? What would Dean think?
"Its okay dearie. The surgery went just fine! You look gorgeous!" A thick scottih accent spoke down to me. It was Rowena, with Crowley standing beside her smirking. Crowley handed me a mirror. I looked to see that my giant forehead became regular sized. "Wow who knew a witch and the king of hell could make me super hot." So Sam's fan base grew three sizes too big.
