Forever?

Chapter 1

         Alexa
                   I sat on the cold stone steps of the movie theater as I waited for Tyler to drive his car around the front of the theater.  We've just got done watching a movie for our three year anniversary which was November 23. As I saw him step out of his black pickup truck I smiled as I jokingly asked "What took you so long?" He glanced at me with the dorky smile he always gives me but I sciences some worry in his eyes. "Well I would've been faster but you insisted on parking a mile away from the theater!" I jokingly punched his arm as we just laughed on the stone steps to the theater.  I saw him glancing toward the door as I got up and dusted any dirt that could've been stuck to my jeans. He helped me into his pickup but as we started driving back to my (rather small) house.  We listened to the first song that we slow danced to three years ago at the school winter dance I remembered how he looked that night, with his strong jaw line and his gray eyes looking at me it was like a storm on a summer night just surrounding you and his blond fluffy hair neatly pushed to the side while his strong arms wrapped around my waist. "Earth to Alexa" he shouted and I jumped in my seat "Calm down I'm here I'm here" he laughed silently. We drove up my driveway as I kissed him goodnight and hopped out of the truck. I whispered I love you through the window careful not to wake my parents given the late hour as he whispered I love you back and drove off.  I slowly put the key into the door and walked in.  Creeped up the stairs and slipped into my bedroom, I undressed quietly as I got a pair of purple yoga pants and a black tank top out of my drawers and quickly slipping them on.  I collapsed on my bed as I let sleep slowly take over.  The next morning I woke up to my phone buzzing and I slowly say up, still exhausted from the night. I leaned over the side of my bed as I reached for my pants and slid my phone out of the back pocket.
"Hellooo?" I asked as I let out a big yawn.
"OMG TELL ME EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT" I heard my best friend Laila squeal on the other end. 
"What time is it?" I murmured as I pulled the phone away from my face and read 9:35AM.
"Well what happened last night?" She asked again.
"Laila I will tell you all about it later I'm going back to sleep" I said with another yawn.
"Oh fine..you better tell me everything" she said.
"Okay bye"
"Bye"
And then I heard the other line go dead.  After about 20 minutes trying to go back to sleep I finally got up and dialed Tyler's number.
"Hey" I heard him answer still with a hint of exhaust from last night.
"Hey babe what's up?"
"Missing you...what are you up to tonight?"
"Ohh....umm...I'm going out with my umm...friends"
"Oh okay dork"
"Lex I'm still really tired I'm going back to bed love youuuu"
Then the line clicked off. I sat there wondering what that was all about but I just shrugged it off and got up to make some cereal.  Later that day I tried to call Tyler again but it went straight to voicemail. I started to get worried because Tyler never acted like this before but again I shrugged it off. I called Laila but it went straight to voicemail. The rest of the day I watched TV and before I knew it, it was night. I got out of the shower and hugged my parents goodbye as the headed towards the airport. Their bags packed and already I the car (they were going to Hawaii for their anniversary). As I thought to myself I'm finally alone! Later that night I heard a knock on the door I got up and looked through the the eye hole and saw it was Tyler. I opened the door and gave him a smile. He walked in and jumped on the couch as I crawled over and layer down and put my head in his lap. He ran his fingers through my blond hair and whispered in my ear "my gorgeous girl" I feels sleep creeping into my mind and suddenly everything went black.
