"That was it for today, don't forget the essay for next week. Have a good day!" I hear Mr. Wayne say as I'm trying to pay attention to him. It's Friday and I can't wait to get home to take a nap and watch Netflix all night.

I rush out of the classroom together with the other students. I pick up my phone to see if I've gotten any important texts today.
I scroll through my messages until I find one that takes my attention.
I see a couple of texts from Dylan and a couple from my father as I'm walking down the halls.
I check Dylan's texts and sigh while I'm reading them.
"Hey, you're coming tomorrow, right?"
"Please tell me you're coming, I need you there, you're my main bitch."
"I won't stop asking until you say yes, just so you know. I'll call you if you don't answer (I'm threatening you! ;) )"
I laugh at his text as I quickly respond.
"I guess I'll come, it's a party?" I write as I press send. I see that he has read the message a couple of seconds later and I can't help but laugh and shake my head at his desperation.

I haven't been out for a couple of weeks because of school. It's been a month since the first week and I've had my focus on my school work since then. I just haven't been up to partying since the mess at my house. And since you met Harry at that other party? My subconscious adds and I groan.
Harry, Zayn and Louis. That clique. They're everywhere and nowhere. I see Zayn every now and then, he often smiles at me and I always try to ignore his smiles, but I just can't.
I haven't seen Louis or Harry since the car incident. A number kept calling me a couple of weeks ago, I ignored it all the time but I couldn't help but think it was Louis trying to apologize for what he did and said. But that's not logical.
My thinking stops as I hear a sound from my phone. I pick it up and see it's Dylan. I start to read the text as someone bumps in to me.
"Shit, sorry." A voice quietly says, almost whispering.
"No, it's okay." I say as I look up to face the person. The look on my face changes as I see the person standing in front of me.
"Alexis?" Louis says as he's giving me a small smile. He's wearing a beanie and a big sweater.
"Hey." I say and return a smile. I don't feel like bitching, I don't have time for it.
"Haven't seen you for awhile." He says and I nod.
"I guess." I say and his smile is long gone. This little chit chat conversation has turned into an awkward mess.
"Well, I have to go. I'll see you around." I say as I walk down the halls.
"Wait!" He shouts after me and I sigh quietly. Why can't he just forget me?
I turn around so that I can face him and give him a questioning look.
"Yeah?" I say as he's picking on his nails.
"I'd like to say I'm sorry, for what I said awhile ago, and also for what I did. I'd like to make it up to you." He blurts and I'm chocked. Never did I think he'd apologize.
"How will you make it up to me?" I say as I raise my eyebrow. He lets out a small chuckle.
"I'd like to buy a meal." He says with a genuine smile. I gulp as I'm not understanding what the hell is happening. He's asking me out?
"It would be like a.. date." He answers my thoughts and I nod not knowing what else to do.
"What are you even doing here?" I say and put my hands behind my back while I'm rocking back and fort on my toes and heels.
"Oh, I'm waiting for Zayn. I was walking towards his class." He answers and I nod.
"So it's a yes? You'll let me make it up to you?" He asks and I don't know what to say.
"I'll think about it." I say and his smile has vanished.
"Oh, okay. Well let me know." He says and I nod. I don't know how I'll let him know since I don't have his number but maybe that's for the best. I don't think it's smart going on a date with him. I don't think it's smart even spending time with him.
I wave at him as I start exiting the school.

What did just happen? I actually met Louis and he apologized? And asked me on a date?
I'm confused as hell and I honestly don't feel like overthinking it.
I walk towards my car as I remember Dylan's text. I pick up my phone to see his text.
"Not really a party, more like a get together. There will only be people that are like chill, don't worry. It won't be like last time. :)"
I'm a bit worried over this party. It really didn't go well last time. I don't remember half of it except that I felt like vomiting and that I almost had a blackout. Then I remember the chaos in my house and that's it. It's not really something I want to repeat.
I respond to Dylan's text as I unlock my car and enter it. I drive of the parking lot and start driving home.
