The sound of annoying ringing fills my ears as I slowly start to awake from my peaceful slumber. I roll over to my side without opening my rates and grab my cell phone from the nightstand. I quickly stop my alarm from ringing, as my eardrums are already practically burst. I then scroll through my Instagram And tumblr feeds for a while and then decide to get out of bed. Today is the day that I have decided to visit my best friend Amber in the hospital. It's nothing really serious, she just has a minor concussion. A couple days ago she was driving down the road when some idiot didn't mind the red stop light. He collided with her and she banged her head a little. I know because I was driving right behind her when it happened. But she is going to be just fine. I started to get myself ready. I took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. When I was done I put on my flowy maroon colored shirt that is super comfy. I then put on some dark denim skinny jeans with my black high top converse. Nothing fancy. I pulled my dirty blonde hair up into a loose bun on top of my head. I applied a little mascara to my eyelashes and a tiny bit of dark brown eyeliner to the lids of my bright blue eyes. I then packed my back pack with a few snacks, my phone, and a book to read. After that I slipped on my Carmel brown leather jacket, seeing as it was winter, and headed to my car. My car was a black jeep. I love my car I couldn't live without it. I am 20 and currently in college with my best friend Amber. She is my roommate, so while she is in the hospital. As I walked out the large glass double doors i started shivering. It was freezing out. I should've worn a heavier coat. But too late now. I hopped in my jeep, relieved to be slightly warmer, and started the engine. I turned on the radio and started my slow decent to the hospital.
