I'm Jocelyn Brooks, 14 years old, I'm in 8th just in case your wondering. I live in Seattle , WA in a state that rains a lot. One night my friends and I were out at ice skating having a girls night out we were having unforgettable moments, laughing, falling , slipping , and embarrassing moments .
When I suggested to go out for dinner after.
Surprisingly the girls agree......who wouldn't we were hungry!
We decided to go to a 5 star restaurant. When we approached in the food smelled delicious. While we attempted to order , I noticed my best friend Lilly Wagner's boyfriend with another girl making out. I knew Lilly so much that if she saw them she would break down. Which broke me when I saw them , I couldn't let Lilly see I had to do everything to get her to leave but she didn't want to leave.
Apparently one of the girls saw and told Lilly to turn around , when she did I couldn't see her reaction so I left to the bathroom to think about what to do.
I came back and saw Lilly crying, omfg I was so shocked I wanted to cry too I couldn't see my best friend like that, so I knew I had to do something immidiently, so I walked up to her and grab her arm and tried to take her but she didn't move !
I said in side my head " why my best friend and not someone else "
Before I could see anything Lilly went up to him and slapped Justin (her ex-boyfriend)
"fxck you, you are such a man whore I hope you burn in hell we are fxckin through."
My jaw dropped at what she just said she NEVER raises her voice or curses but I guess it's okay right now because I know how much she loves him and how much it hurt her to see him cheat on her it even hurts me to see her like this. We left the restaurant crying our eyes out. I knew I had to be strong to support Lilly but I couldn't at that moment when my best friend was hurt.
