"Kylo...! KYLO!"
You dashed through the woods, branches scratching at the firm dart fabric of your armour, you dark, longer hair and sweat burning in your eyes. He was close, you could sense the force.
Sense it slowly decreasing.
You reached a rim and came to an abrupt halt, almost tripping over something- his sword. You tucked it into your leather belt and got to your knees looking downwards.
"Master Ren!", you called out. No reaction. "Found him", more quiet now, into your microphone.
Carefully you jumped down the roughly twelve feet into the ground into the cold, hard rocks.
There he was, lying, a black coat covering a skinny, tall body.
You ran towards him but an invisible force harshly banged you into the stomach and against the rock wall.
You gasped and moaned in pain as the air got drained out if your system, your spine bones against the hard rocks, before you hit the ground.
"Master..", you mumbled under your breath.
"Get away". His voice was solid but it wasn't hard to tell it took him a lot of willpower to keep it steady.
"No", you whispered but the sound of the spaceship coming your direction was louder.
This time, you reached him.
"Don't touch me," he hissed, glancing up at you like an angry animal with his shining eyes through bloodstained black strands of hair.
"I can get up by myself"
Relief.
Stormtroopers came out and you even made it into the ship, watching Kylos every step as he entered weekly, trying to prevent his breath from trembling before you went black. You woke up alone on deck. Not even in your room. Your shoulders and neck felt terriblly stiff, not to mention a pounding headache.
You opened your eyes to see what has woken you up but there was nothing there.
For a second You felt terrible, like curling up and crying. Because it hurt. Because you were lying here and no one cared.
You decided to do that later and got up.
Stormtroopers walked around, a chaos of voices. As you stood on your feet your ears started ringing and you lost balance, tripping over to support yourself with the clean grey walls.
Kylo.
You waited for your vision to come back and as you finally pushed yourself away from the wall your arms and shoulders left you with terrible pain.
Trying to swallow the pain you made your way through the ship.
The chaos was a calm one. Apparently the biggest dangers were overcome.
Time to look for your master.
You went through the chaos of long clean hallways, constricting and relaxing parts of your body to find out what kind of injury you had.
You approached the two-winged door of your masters room and looked at the two guards. They knew you but still their views on you felt uncomfortable and made you want to disappear into thin air. Just like every body did.
You sighed and entered.
Kylo was sitting on his dark bed, his knees pulled some inches away from his chest, his face turned towards the big window and the astonishing view of the stars behind it.
No permission to do anything. So you could just stand there, basking in his presence.
"She was so strong. I can't believe it..
I'm such a failure.", he whispered.
Nobody besides you ever heard him speak like that. It was a privilege in a weird kind of way.
"All my years and years of training- nevertheless then this is what I get?"
"There has always been a bug difference between what you got and what you deserved, master..", you allowed yourself to speak.
"I'm just.. So torn. I don't know, I don't know anything! Who I should fight for or if I should fight in the first place, if I should keep bearing this suffering or just,.. just... Aargh!", he screamed out, smashing his fish against the wall, his bare chest rising quickly.
"Why, why me? Why Han Solo, whly snoke?"
You started slowly walking up behind him.
"You have met a terrible fate but you have the capacity of making great choices in this position you are in. And I know what your father died for,.."
"You know nothing!
I don't even know it myself..!"
"I believe to know what paths it opened to you and which one you will choose if you are who I think you are."
"Who do you think I am?"
You got his sword out if your belt and placed it on the nightstand next to him. Only now you could see the huge scar in his sweat-wet face.
"You are the man to end this fight."
Silence. You looked at his profile while he still didn't honour you with a single gaze.
"You see, Ray isn't better in using the force, she just had a purpose, she was furious and wanted to take revenge, she dough desperately- and you probably weren't too sure, didn't want to hurt her as she is a force sensitive, you didn't know the cause and this certain tiredness of life is affecting you gravely."
Silence again. He was just.. An astonishing person. It really was a privilege to talk to this side of him, as he was such an interesting being. So much going on inside of him, a whole war of feelings, beliefs, destinies ..
And it was deeply fulfilling that he listened, thought and considered your thoughts. He was your purpose.
"Are you badly hurt, master?"
"No. I'm fine"
You looked over, this slender, pure muscle Arms around his legs under the black blanket which covered those and his tummy, then his upper body, a bandage over his whole chest and left shoulder, blood staining some parts of the pure white in violently dark Crimson. He looked pale, especially with his black curls hanging into his face.
The leader of the first order, such a sensitive being..
"What are your plans, Master Ren?"
"Snoke called for me."
"Isn't your state a bit too-"
"I know best if I'm ready or not.
I just want to... Get it over with."
"So in two days already?"
"Yes"
You held back a sigh.
"You're coming too."
You looked up to catch him glancing at you.
"Not physically though. You will be in the communication room with us.
You may be more undecided and a potential threat despite your weakness compared to him- but nevertheless a force sensitive."
He turned his Gaze into the infinity of galaxies and universes again.
"I guess so."
"Get yourself checked. You should be well prepared."
"Yes, Master."
"And-" you felt his gaze linger on you. Scanning your body, resting on your collarbones, down to your clearly distinguishable hipbones and back to your pale, hollow face. And it gave you the chills.
You weren't even sure if he used the force on you in any way or not.
"Please eat."
It struck you and went right through your body like an icy wave.
"You could be as strong as I am.. If you weren't Malnoutrished all the time."
"I'm-"
Wham. The force had slammed you violently against the wall next to Kylo, you bit your tongue and tasted blood.
"I don't get it", he mumbled in his bass-y voluminous voice.
"Why would you want to slowly and painfully destroy yourself?" A break. Then suddenly you felt a warm touch on your chin as he turned your face towards his. Your eyes met as he whispered: "Do you want to die?"
Your blue eyes locked with his brown ones. Yet he slowly ran his long fingers up your face and ran along your cheekbones, carefully, as if not to break them, not in an attempt to be gentle but still a huge contrast to what he just did what caused blood to run down your lips.
His gaze turned from your hollow cheeks to your lips.
The way he looked at them was almost.. Sensual.
And by this emotions you could read through his eyes, straight from his soul, you were sure he understood.
"(YourName)...", he pulled back his fingers and you instantly missed them. The force concentration on your back went limp slowly and you quickly ran your palm over your lip to wipe away the blood.
"We will end it tomorrow.."
"One or the other way", I added and his eyes lit up for a second.
"Yes".And the next day came. And we found ourselves occupied in the dojo all day. As if for a war to come.
Kylo had ordered all first-order-sympathisers to look out for Rey close to the missing part in our Card from the imperium. She'd lead us to Skywalker eventually.
