Part 14: regroup of the band

Logan's POV:
When Cassie said those words I immediately knew who it was "Joshua, as in your band friend/best friend Joshua!?" I stood there dumbfounded "yeah that's him" Chris says. Cassie kept pulling my shirt wanting to go inside I grabbed her hand and took her to her room and locked her bedroom door, I knocked "are you ok in their?" I asked, but no response. Probably in the bathroom I headed back to Chris when I started hearing talking "so, who's the girl~?" Joshua said giving a smirk, Chris looked irritated "what are you doing here?" He says having a serious face that I've never seen before "what? You're not going to invite me inside? I thought you were my best friend?" Joshua starts putting his arm around Chris like as if the past wasn't a thing yeah I know the story too. Chris pushes his arm away "key word josh 'were' best friends" Joshua started putting a pouty face like a little puppy wanting a treat "fine a quick chat then you leave, got it?" Chris says going towards the door "a quick chat? We used to-" "quick chat or nothing Joshua, take it or leave it" I've never seen Chris this serious, and it was sort of hot. "Fine whatever" Joshua followed Chris, I ran towards the hallway where Cassie's room was, I heard steps inside Cassie's room and the door opened "Logan what's-" "go back inside" I said pushing her aside and locking the door "what's wrong-" "shhh" I said covering Cassie's mouth. I heard talking again

Chris's POV:
"So?" I said sitting on the couch "what made you want to come over my house to tell something oh so very important?" Joshua stood there looking at me with a smirk "well, I've made a band by myself and we need a singer" "no!" I shouted "I'm done with singing and I'm not going to join your band" I stood up and was heading strait towards the door but Joshua grabbed my hand "look Chris, I knew you were going to say that but, if you want to join go for it we're still changing and fixing things so your 'no' isn't really a full correct answer quite yet, Kay?" I looked at him, his grin is making me want to punch him I understand hazels incident wasn't his fault but I've actually never seen this side of Joshua "believe me, I'm done with music" I said pulling my hand away "suit yourself Chris, we'll be waiting" I stare at him while he walked out of the house and drove off. "Chris?" I heard a voice behind I turn around and its Logan with D.S. "Is everything ok?" Logan said "yeah it's fine just old friends being old friends talking about the past" I was heading towards the studio to see the music I had played int the past "heheh I remember this one, this one was pretty cool" "this one also man this one was one of my favorite" "or was it this one?" I was so lost in the past that I didn't even notice D.S. walk in "Chris? you and Joshua weren't talking about the past were you?" She startled me and I looked to see where she was, I guess she was pretty worried she had frozen the floor "come here" I said patting the floor right beside me to where she could sit. She sat down and looked at the sheets of music scattered on the floor "Listen, josh and me talked about his new band and he was saying I shou-" "did you say yes?" I look at her she was looking down at her feet, you could feel the cold get even worse I couldn't tell if she was mad or worried "I said no, cassie I'm fine I really am" she was cooling off or I don't know what you call it when someone is 'the cold.' It was silent for a couple of minuets then she spoke "can I have some blank sheets of music paper?" It surprised me is she going to write some music? "Uh sure here ya-" She took the paper and left immediately "go..." I smiled, silly kid.
