CHAPTER ONE
"Hey! I think that's her!" I yelled , being as exited as ever.
I ran to Grandma, and before I could hug her, a force stopped me right in front of her. It was like an invisible bodyguard was in
front of her. I tried to go around the force ,but it didn't let me.
"Oh Molly," Grandma said, reaching out to give me a hug," You have grown so much! How old are you now?"
" I'm 13, the last time you saw me I was around 7 or 8!" I replied.
"How can I leave out Mark?! How is my grandson?" questioned Grandma.
"I'm good. I'm 15 now."Mark answered quickly."We can do more catching up when we get to the mansion, but for now get your bags and get in the car!"
As we got in the red 69' convertible Mustang, I felt a dark force hovering over me. I got in and buckled up, before I knew it we were in a long paved driveway.
You couldn't see the mansion from the road. Trees covered the house , but when I saw the mansion I screamed in terror.
The mansion was all ran down ,and there were graves behind the house in the woods I had never seen before. It was very dark here , unlike how it was when I was really young. It was like someone was staring at you every time you turn your back.
This was not what I expected.
When I got to my room, I unpacked, and made myself at home on the 3rd floor with Mark right across the hallway. Even though I had been here before, it felt
strange.I looked out of my window , staring at the old oak tree, having flash backs of childhood memories, then I heard a knock.
"Molly, it's time for lunch,'' Grandma said through the door.
"Okay, I'll be down there in a second," I yelled back.
As I turned around, the window opened. I shut it back before I left the room.I closed the door behind me and went downstairs into the dining room. I ran down the staircase, through the
doorway, and sat down in the chair closest to Grandma.Mark was right behind me. Right then, I saw a waiter come out of the kitchen with our lunch. Behind him, was a girl around the age of 14,
carrying our drinks.
"Hello , my name is Aly, is there anything ellse we can get you ma'am?" the girl asked Grandma.
''No thank you," Grandma answered without asking us.
After lunch, me and Mark went up to the fourth floor to play some arcade games.
"Have you felt anything strange about this place?" Mark was very curious about my answer.
"Yeah, I don't feel so comfortable here anymore,"I replied. Right when I said that, the door slammed shut behind us.
