A/N - im so sorry about not updating! I've had to study for the end of semester tests basically 24/7, and therefore couldn't think about anything else. I'll try to update more, maybe once a week. I don't know. Feel free to give me suggestions because I have no clue where this story will go.

Dean P.O.V

Shit. Your rooms a mess. And you're holding the hand of  probably the prettiest boy you've ever seen. I MEAN LOOK AT HIS EYES-  THATS ENOUGH BRAIN but look at him! no I will NOT think of him that way. No. Yes. NOOOOOO YESSSSSSS

"God damnit brain"

"What?"

Castiel was looking at me, his head tilted and slightly squinting. I smirked at his facial expression but then realized that I was talking to my brain, out loud. Great. Now he thinks I'm a freak.

"Oh" I fake laugh. "Nothing, I was thinking about something at school" and I try to make out a smile, and then keep going still holding his hand.

We get up in front of my doorstep and I let myself and Cas in. I see you have made a nickname for him. What do you mean? I was just thinking if something shorter than Castiel, and it popped into my head. You gave him a nickname! I DID NOT. Hey, I like it, Cas sounds cool.

"DAD"

I heard a muffled answer

"THERES NEW NEIGHBORS IN THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR"

I could barley hear a 'what about them?'

"ONE OF THEIR CHILDREN IS MY AGE, HIS NAME IS CASTIEL, IS IT COOL IF WE GO UP TO MY ROOM"

I heard a 'yep' coming from the kitchen, and then charged up the stairs. Right infront of the stair case is Sam's room, so I peeked in and gestured for Cas to come in too. You used the nickname again. NIG PURPOSLEY well I like it, I'm just saying. you're getting very annoying, brain

"Sam you in here?" I looked around his room, which was littered with books, floor to ceiling. I wouldn't be surprised if he got trapped under some pile of books that he was trying to organize. But, soon I heard footsteps up the stairs and turned around.

"Hey Dean, would you please get out if my room, you're lowering my IQ by just looking at my books" and he gives me a sweet smile. Jeez, for a nine year old, he's the sassiest person I know. I put my hands up and step out of the doorway, and Castiel snorts.

"Thank you." He gestures towards Cas. "Who's this."

"Oh. Uh, this is Castiel, the new neighbors' son."

Sam nodded.

"Are you an only child?"

Cas laughed and shook his head.

"Oh no. I have one older brother, lucifer, and an older sister, zamandriel. I have two twin younger brothers, Gabriel and Balthazar, and then my mom, Anna. My parents are divorced, I haven't seen my dad in seven years."

Sam considers this, and looks at me. I shrug, and he shrugs back.

"So all of your siblings are named after angels"

"Yes"

"Is anyone my age?"

"Well, you're nine, right? So yes, the twins are your age."

Sams eyes bulged, and Cas smirked.

"Do you want them to come over?" Sam shrugged but ended up nodding. I smiled and looked at Cas looking at me for assurance that He Could bring them over. I help up one finger, and then ran down the stairs to my dad's room. Sam smiled at me, and then went back into his room.
