Chapter 34

When i woke up i was laying on Matthew's chest with my leg wrapped around him along with my arm and his arms around me.

I immediately jumped up and fell onto the floor. "Shit" i groaned rubbing my back.

"What the hell Lilly" Matthew said helping me up i stood up and walked away from him.

I walked into the bathroom and turned the water on i brushed my teeth and let the water run down my body.

After i got done i got out and got dressed in the walk in closet in the bathroom. Getting ready for the day probably not going anywhere anyway.

I put on a pair of jeans and a white tank top. I walked out into the room to see Matthew running his fingers through his hair with his head down.

He looked at me when i shut the bathroom door. I looked away when we made eye contact.

"So your gonna give me the silent treatment?" he asked still looking at me. I didn't answer he nods and stands up. He slowly walks over to me i still have my head down.

He lifted my head up to look at him. "I just keep fucking up and hurting you in the process" he said i tried to move my eyes away from his but couldn't there was something about them that drew me closer

Oh yeah i forgot these were the eyes that always made me want to wake up to see them and those were the arms that i needed to fall asleep. But now there just ones that make me want to move away so i don't hurt him and he doesn't hurt me.

"You better go before your late, wouldn't wanna keep you tied down." i whispered still keeping the eye contact going.

"Why are you pushing me away?" he whispered back. "Not even a four days ago you wanted me by your side but now its like your tired of me."

I wanted to walk away but then again i just wanted him to hold me telling me it was going to be okay. Like he used to but i guess its true.

Once someone changes they may never come back.

"Your the one i want to tie me down. I wanna keep waking up next to you, and if you leave you'll be taking my heart with you baby girl. You opened my eyes when i was to blind to see, you stay on track of me telling me when theres something i gotta do. That's why i can't let you go,"

Before i kenw it i was sheading tears, he went to wipe it away but i couldn't give in just yet. I wasn't going to get the divorce papers just let him think that.

I looked over my shoulder at him to see him still standing there. I walked down stairs and into the living room passing the dining room i remembered the first night we moved in.

-FLASHBACK-
"You like it babygirl?" he asks i nod in excitement. We started to unpack.

After we were done unpacking we laid on the loveseat in the dining room. "Your mine now" he said adding an evil laugh at the end.

"I'll always be by your side Baby girl though thick and thin." he said pulling me closer to him.

"Promise?" i ask looking at him.
"I promise your my world and my everything now" he said colliding our lips together.

I smiled but it soon faded. He walked down stairs as i was going through my phone i looked at him to see him in his work atire.

I have to admit he looked hella hot in it. I shook the thought away and looked away when i found myself starring.

He leand down in front of me. I didn't move nor did i look at him. He went to give me a kiss but i moved my head so he couldn't.

He stopped and looked at me. He looked at if he was going to cry, he nods and cups my cheeks and kisses my forehead.
