Life's Adventures

It was a cold December's night, one of the coldest so far this winter. Maria was having pains and knew that soon if she did not make it to the hospital her son would be born at home where it was cold and lonely,nobody around but her daughter Marie. 

Earlier that year Maria had been seeing a guy named Mike.He was a good guy who had took her daughter Marie in as his own and had vowed to take are of them and treat them the way they both deserved to be treated which was something that was like a breath of fresh air to Maria since she had recently move to the big city from her country home. She had recently graduated high school and decided to move out on her own to the big city to try and start a life of her own. She had met a guy who later became a long life friend who's name was Stan.Stan was a good guy ,Maria and him hit it off almost instantly.In years to come they had gone on to try new ventures out such as writing poems together and attempting to get them published, which is another adventure that will be talked about later on in the story.

A few years had past since Maria and Stan had met and she had met another guy named Charles. Charles and Maria had soon became more then just good friends and later on ended up having a daughter of their own who's name was to be Marie. After awhile Charles had soon relocated back to  his home in Puerto Rico. Maria was very upset about the events that had transpired with them and the fact that now she would have to raise a newborn baby girl on her own. As through the past years since Maria met Stan ,Stan made sure Maria had all the help she could possibly need at anytime during the day and night and had  told her to just ask, and he would be there which came to be true.

Later on that year Maria met another game named Mike who had took Maria and Marie in and treated Marie as his own daughter and made sure they had everything they could posibly want or need.Everything had been going good with Maria and Mike ,he would go to work and come home early in the morning only to be greeted by his loving girlfriend Maria at the gate to let him in and with a nice hot meal before retiring off to bed for some long time coming sleep. Maria would keep house and take care of the baby which was now a few months old and take care of the house work also when needed. Maria had the life and she learned to love it with each day that came and gone.

Mike and Maria would take little trips such as to Niagara Falls and see the falls along with baby Marie and spend the day doing family things that they both had found to be very fullfilling. As days had passed Maria had learn that she was soon to be expecting a new baby and now this time with the man that she loved with all her heart and would love with all her heart for years to come through everything she came to endure in life , Mike would always be her one and only true love.

As Maria became further along in her pregnancy a day came when a woman from Mike's past had come back to the states and had showed up at their door.Maria soon learned it was the mother of one of Mike's kids who he had not seen in some time who had come back to the states to try and find him for what she had not known. All Maria did know was that now everything that she had grown to love and cherish was coming down all around her. As events transpired Mike was still the man she had grown to love with all her heart and he had set Maria up with an apartment in the city for her daughter Marie and her and there soon to be born child. Mike had told Maria that if ever she needed anything to just let him know and she would not want and he would be there for her.

Then one day on one of the coldest nights that she had seen so far this winter had come and she was having really bad pains and new that is she had not found away to the hospital she would be having her and Mike's baby there in her apartment that he had paid for for her and her daughter and their kid which had soon became very lonely and cold with only Marie to hold and love and spend her time with during the day playing cards with and staring out the window..

Time had come,Maria had found a ride to the hospital and tried all she could to find Mike so as he could be there also for their son's birth. She had sent word to Mike's boy Eddie who she had met during her time with Mike, Eddie had no results and neither did anyone else Maria was able to get to help her find Mike.
