I had just finished shopping for food. I put the bags in the boot of my car and drove home. I put the food. I looked at the time and realised I only had 30 minutes to get the studio. I threw on my docs on and left.

I got to the studio 10 minutes before the meeting with the boys mangers. I was at my desk when I noticed a letter that was unopened . I opened it and read it

Hey Ariel I know it's been a long time since we talked. I saw you in a magazine a few weeks ago ,they named you best songwriter of the year! That's great. I'm happy that you ran away and have a better life now. As for me, well I just got out if rehab and I'm starting a new life. I've realised that drugs and alcohol doesn't solve anything. I'm sorry for what I did to you. I'm not asking you to forgive me because I know it will be impossible after all the pain I caused you. I look back at those days and I wonder what the fuck I was thinking. I still don't understand. I've been sober for a year now and plan to stay sober. Ari all I ask from you is to keep going. Don't stop for anyone. Ari when you were little you told me. "If some pushes me, I'll push back harder and keep going" and my little girl that's exactly what you did. I stared at the letter in shock... My father got better. He's ok. But why would he put everything he owns under my name. But most importantly is said sorry but he doesn't want my forgiveness.

I got out of my chair and made my ways to the conference room.

"Hello, as you know I'm Ariel scott, the songwriter"

"Yes, we know. I came here today because we are very happy with your work."

"Also to ask you if you can come on tour with the boys. As you may know we are currently on tour and we can not delay it but also Simon, the head of the industry wants the album out in 4 months"

"Look Sir, as much as I would like to go on tour with the boys... I can't. Can you find someone else to wrote the songs?"

"Yes, but the boys don't want to, they said that it was you or no one"

"But your management can't you force them to or something"

"Your mam, the boys are free artist. We only provide the songwriter and they chose what they sing or not. It's in their contracts" the man stated

"Fine." I said giving up. I really don't want to go on tour

"But no sharing rooms I want my own space"

"Yes mam, the only thing you'll have to share is the tour bus with the boys. Is that ok?"

"That will be fine" I said

"Alright we leave for tour tomorrow morning. I'll have the boys' bodyguards come and get you"

"Alright" I said and showed the man out the door. I walked back to my studio and sat down. What the hell was going on in my life
