(Hey everybody this is my first book on here I've been trying to write it on my laptop so I have a few chapters already so I hope you like it
~ Cupcakes)
(Oh ps some of the chapters are a little dirty but I'll warn you beforehand)
I walked alone. It was cold out but I didn't notice. As the snow crunched under my feet I thought of how I could have handled the situation better. He was yelling at me again I can't even remember why. I hated Gorge. Why did my mom decide to marry him? Couldn't she see what he really was like? A noise in the bushes pulled me from my thoughts. I spun around to see him standing there. I knew it was him even before my eyes reached his beautiful face. I don't know how but he knew when I was upset and usually came here to meet me when I was. I walked over to the park bench and sat down. He came and sat beside me. Even though it was the middle of winter at two am in the morning he looked wide awake. It's like he didn't sleep at all. I knew he wasn't a vampire for sure. He had way to much colour in his perfectly tanned body. I looked around at the forest wishing I could just disappear.
"Lex I know something is hurting you so just tell me please!" His voice was deep and sexy.
"I... It's... He... Him... agh!" I took a deep breath and began again "It's him again he was at my throat again about something so stupid! This time I had enough and fought back. My mom sent me to my room. Can you believe this! She not alone took his side but grounded me for something he started! I hate him I know my mom only married him so that we could keep living in that house and not have to move but I just don't like him! I think that the feeling is mutual" I ranted my feelings to Damien as he stroked my arm. I turned to him looking in his pale green eyes. I brought my mouth to his in a soft kiss.
"Thank you for doing this again" I said when I pulled back.
"You know I will always do this I'm your mate" he said suggestively.
"We can't be mates you know that you can only have a werewolf as your mate I'm a half demon remember?"
"Which one again I keep getting thous mixed up?" He asked
"Wegin: the second level. Abia is the first and the weakest and Toniea is the strongest and the most rare" I said giving a short lesson. He grabbed my hand and led me out of the park and towards his car. I stepped in and sat down. I pulled down the mirror seeing the horrible face I turned away. How could I look so horrible? My mascara was beginning to drip down my cheeks and my lipgloss was smudged everywhere. I took a tissue out of the glove box and whipped my face clean. I looked in the mirror again. 'Much better' I thought. I looked over at Damien and found him staring at me. His perfect body looked amazing in his tight low cut jeans and his favourite leather jacket. Mmmm. I looked down at my own attire. My favourite blue T-shirt and black skinny jeans.
"Damian where are you taking me?" I asked a little confused. Normally we go back to his house and he tries do take my mind off of it. We've been doing this for years now and I know every bump and turn in the roads that we take. To get to Damien's house we turn left at the third stoplight from the park then make a right and it's the forth house in on the left, but today he turned right at the second stoplight.
"I'm taking you out for a drink" he said. It was strange to think of. The only bar in this town was one run by a vampire so that was aromatically out of the question for Damien.
"Why you hate the only bar in this town and neither of us drink" I stated matter-'o'-fact-ly.
"Fine we'll go back then" Damien turned around and headed to his house.
By the time we got there I was almost asleep. I came fully to my senses as the passenger door opened causing me to almost fall out of the car.
"I hate it when you do that" I grumbled as I walked to the front door. He unlocked it and we went inside. I walked up the stairs on my right not bothering to silence my footsteps knowing that no one was home but us. Damien's parents are always out on business so they're never home. I walked to the third spare bedroom on the right the one I claimed when I first met Gorge. I collapsed onto my bed letting sleep pull me under.
