"I can't!"
"Course you can!"
"Anna, I can't fake a note on the first day back to school!" I laughed.
"Why not, it's not like you've never done it before." she grinned.
"Yeah well I've promised to be a better person this school year." I smiled, knowing she hated all that new years resolution junk.
"Shut up." she said whilst making fake gagging sounds.
"You're so embarrassing!"
"That's why we're best friends."
*bell rings*
"Darn it, the bell ruined our romantic moment!" I laughed.
"Whatever, let's get to class."
"Yeah, I'll catch up with you. I'm going to go write a note for why I didn't do the very interesting homework on The French Revolution over the holidays."
"I knew you would do it in the end!"
"Guess my inner demons always get the best of me." I giggled.
"Catch you later." she waved.
God, I don't know how I'd survive school without Anna. She's always so bubbly and is the nicest person to be around.
Should've made her stay dang it! I'm so bad at coming up with excuses, guess this note is just going to have to wait till lunch seeing as I have history last period.
As I turned back around to go into school, I saw a boy making it up the steps before me. I don't think I've seen him around before and, if I must say, he was drop dead gorgeous!
He had the most structured face, a little pale for my liking, but I got over it once I saw his extremely muscly arms through his very tight black top. His clothes were clinged to all the right places and his lips. Oh my God, his lips! They were the most reddest lips I've seen all my life and were literally twice the size of mine. They were so full and I'm sure they would feel so nice to kiss.
Oh Lord, there goes my overactive imagination again - as my mum likes to call it, and pretty much everyone that's known me for over, at least, 3 years.
I slowly follow him up the steps and into the school, hoping he hadn't notice me staring.
He took a left to the reception whilst I continued walking ahead to my first class. I really hoped that he'd stop me and ask me to show him around or something but that obviously would be too typical teenage love story movie thingy.
I finally got to my class and entered it, hoping for the best as I was exactly sixteen minutes late, not a good start - at all.
"Ah! Miss.Littlemore, nice of you to join us. Why don't you take a seat and explain to us your fascinating story of why you're so late!"
Great. Bloody great!
I'm stuck with Mr.Nolan, the obnoxious math teacher, for the rest of the year!
"Well," I said, sitting down in my seat.
"I got lost. You know how it is, not coming to school for so long - you just lose your way around!" I said, instantly regretting it as I heard people trying to hold in their laughter.
"Everyone else managed. Why don't I add that to your long list of terrible excuses, Emily, and get on with the lesson without any further interruptions," he said with a fake smile.
"Alright, so I was talking about congruent shapes before we were rudely interrupted -"
The classroom door opened, and in came the boy I saw earlier.
