Going In

I was on my phone, searching for random Instagram vines, because I'm that random, when I heard some noise coming from outside.

I decided to investigate. I opened the door slowly making a eerie 'creak' noise and headed out. I wandered to where the noise came from. It was barely 1:00 P.M. I saw someone about my height and sighed a sigh of relief when I realized it was my friend, Lisbet! ( I had to add my bestie IRL friend CreativeToxic!)

She was already halfway up the legendary Mount Ebott. I called out to her and said,"Hey! Are you going to the mountain where the monsters live?" She looked down at me and I smiled. "Um... Yeah, wanna come?" Lisbet answered. "Well, since I got nothing else to do... So sure!" I started to climb the mountain up to where she was at, and WOW. It was a huge mountain.

As I finally arrived to where Lisbet was standing, I was out of breath. What? I'm not that fit! But, that was only halfway. I looked at Lisbet and we both smiled as we kept climbing the ancient Mountain.

'Those who climb the
mountain, never come back'

I shook as those words past my mind. We were learning about the mountain in school, about how the monsters and humans both ruled over the earth, until they broke out to war. But this was many many years ago, and besides, what year was it? 201x. Yeah, I'm sure everything will be fine!

FINALLY, we made it to the top of the mountain. It was a long way down too. I noticed that there was a golden flower bed with a goat child in the bottom.

"I'm so glad I brought my supplies!" Lisbet cheerfully exclaims.

"Of course, Lisbet, one step ahead!" I smirked as she took out a rope and gloves. She tied one side of the rope to a tree and let the other side of it go in the hole. She made sure the rope was sturdy, before gliding down.

I hesitated to follow, since I was afraid of heights. I reassured to myself that it was going to be okay, maybe, hopefully. (I'm gonna skip the ranting part of my mind XD)

I grabbed the rope and started sliding down the rope, hoping that my fear wouldn't take over and cause me to fail at landing safely down the mountain. I land and I see Lisbet putting away her gloves in her backpack and walking to the goat kid, me following.

"Hello." Lisbet greets the child, as they look up.

"Hello, I'm Asriel. You must be Frisk's friend?" Asriel smiles warmly.

"Yup, so where do I find Frisk?" She asks.

"Just let me call them!"

Asriel takes out his phone and dials who I assume is 'Frisk'. He nodded his head before turning at us.

"They said they're coming."

So, I guess we're gonna meet a kiddo named Frisk, welp, the more friends the funner!
