Dear best friend,

I would like to start off with, "I would catch a bullet for you without hesitations."

We were best of friends since second term of our first year in the university. A short time it may be yet it proved that relationship is not measured by how long but by how deep it is.

We've been through a lot within almost ten months. We shared laughter and tears. We are inseparable but when we've having small fight, distance had been our greatest resolution.

I didn't know what really happened. I have no idea why did you get mad and shut me out. I am sure on just one thing as of the moment, the reason why we broke apart.

Though we haven't talked about this yet, maybe what happening to us is enough.

I've mentioned the word, enough. I was never enough, right? Maybe, there is something off with my personality. Probably, my social skills weren't considerable either. Maybe it was about me.

Sorry for all the troubles I caused you. I hope you won't regret that one time in your life, you've been my best friend. I am so sorry for not being understandable. What would I expect from other people considering the fact that, I, myself, couldn't understand me as well.

Thank you for making feel accepted, even just for a short time though. I am still grateful with that.

Maybe I should give up on finding someone who'll stick with me no matter what. Pagod na rin kasi ako eh. I'm better off alone, I think. I can handle myself.

Bye, ex best friend. I will end this by assuring you that I will keep a distance between us that eventually be a wall that separate me from you. There will be no us anymore.

Love,
Your ex-best friend
