Edison Baker, a boy who had too much to lose.
Logan Bishop, the girl he thought was indestructible.
Can someone lose something they never truly had in the first place?
Every summer Edison's parents take the same trip, to the same lake house, on the same lake. The trip is monotonous but Edison loved it nonetheless. After a rough first year at university the lake house trip is all Edison is looking forward to.
That, and seeing her.
Most trips, if Edison was lucky, Logan Bishop would be there. He had known her his entire life but the two had never spoken.
Until now.

This story is for anyone who has the wonderful opportunity to have some sort of escape. When life gets hard it's great to know that you have your own little hiding place. I encourage everyone to find their own place of serenity, a place where you can let go.

This is probably the most cliché story I've conjured up thus far so bare with me haha.
The song Creep by Radiohead inspired a lot of this story(specifically Edison's character) I suggest everyone give it a listen!
