BRITTANY'S POV

My phone rang for me to wake up . I grunted because I had to start a new school in Indiana . I walked into the bathroom and examined myself I have Highlighted brown hair with hazel green eyes I wore braces to get my teeth aligned. I wore my black converse with my black rock and roll shirt with denim shorts that came to my knees.

I walked into my first class U.S. history and my teacher introduced himself as Mr.Schultz . He addressed me and said "Ms.Cook go sit by Mr.Kane" The blue eyed boy raised his hand I sat down. He stuck out his hand and said " Hey I'm Spencer" I nodded with a smile "I'm Brittany" . We turned our attention to the teacher and took notes.

The bell rang and I went to my locker and I went to turn around and the schools football jock Luke cornered me to the locker. He uttered to words "Brace face" he spoke more and more words about my braces and I just took what came at me. All I could here were insults that I couldn't handle . I just stood there in shock . I had been bullied before and I moved around cause of it . I was told whatever god threw in your way Concur it and keep going but this was a boundary.

SPENCER'S POV

I saw a crowd of people insulting someone. Luke was the one just piling them on the person. I couldn't get a good look of who it was. Then I caught a glimpse of who it was .. I saw it was Brittany the new girl. No one had given her a chance and Luke had to run his big mouth. She just took it and I don't know how. Maybe she has a back story. She seemed like a nice person. I was bullied once and it isn't right . I got to help her. I ran through the crowd and stood in front of her to protect her. He can't offend her anymore . "You never gave her a chance and your already putting her down? " I yelled . I grabbed her arm and took her aside.
